The beds are so cozy and the luggage carts are really convenient for transporting and my uncle’s luggage to and from the hotel room. I also appreciate that the bathrooms have those big bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. I also liked how there was more to the complimentary sandwiches this time. Last time I was there in June 2024, it was just the sandwich and a pickle, along with condiment packets. This time there was a bag of chips and a chocolate chip cookie as well. Very pleasant surprise.

The marketplace in the lobby has a decent selection of drinks and snacks. But every time I’ve been to that location over the past year or so, the freezers have a strong lack of frozen food variety, whereas on past visits, I’ve seen things like hot pockets and corn dogs in the freezers. It’s kind of disappointing. The freezers could use more variety. Like small microwaveable chicken sandwiches or pizza.

Clean and quiet. You couldn’t hear neighbors. After the funeral some of the people still wanted to have a conversation together. So we all sat in the hotels media area for a few hours reminiscing about our loved one. The hotel reception was very friendly

Need more handicapped parking or ask people without handicapped parking plaques to move.

We had an issue with our room on the second night. But it was dealt with efficiently and professionally and we were moved to another room.

Very nice staff, clean room & bath. Comfortable bed and pillows. Nice covered tables in smoking area. Restaurant and bar staff were very nice and food and drinks were excellent. Family friendly atmosphere and the building is very secure and safe.

The hotel was close to the event we attended. The restaurant on site was good and convenient.

We were told repeatedly that we were confirmed for a roll in shower for the ADA 2 queen bed room for my in-laws. We did not get that.They had rails in the bathroom but it had a tub that they were not able to get into. Hotel was not able to accommodate or seemed concerned about it. Stated we booked thru 3rd party, nothing they could do.

The front desk staff was very friendly, helpful, and accommodating and provided excellent customer service. In addition, upon arrival, the front desk guy went above and beyond to assist us.

Basically, everything was good.

The room was beautiful and welcoming. I loved the large windows. The room was quite spacious. The bathroom was spacious as well with large fluffy towels. Brand name toiletries and in room coffees. Breakfast was absolutely delicious! Many breakfast options were offered. Beds were very comfortable. I almost requested another night just to rest in the bed!

I'm sure it was a simple oversight. But, there wasn't any bathroom toilet tissue on arrival. It was immediately stocked when I mentioned it.

very convenient to where we were attending a wedding, $1 breakfast buffet was nice, rooms were nice size and comfortably accommodated 2 adults and 2 children, large walk in shower. Front desk staff was amazing!!

breakfast staff could have been friendlier, beds were hard and pillows super uncomfortable, AC only cranked down to 68 and for FL is not very cold and made for hot sleeping conditions but thankfully we brought a fan. A little pricy for what you got and didn’t live up to my expectations for a holiday inn.

Very clean, welcoming, up to date, front desk staff was friendly, room was clean and nice, love they provided Dove products in the bathroom, and I actually could control the temp in the room
