Dearborn Transit Center 3 min walk, very helpful in terms of getting to both airport and Detroit's Downton. Computer and printer available in the lobby, helpful for the return flight check-in.

Those Ameican breakfasts, how can human bieng eat such things.. If you don;t have a car, then not much facilities/to do around, grocery store 8 min walk from hotel. One restaurant, Ford's Garage quite close, apaprently very good, but didn't have time to check.

sadly there isn't a direct entrance to the Ford museum so you have to go around ;-)

The staff went above and beyond to make our stay a good one. Our room was clean and breakfast was reasonable for the price - the usual. We didn't have any issues with noise either even though the hotel was full of people that obviously went to a concert downtown.

Our shower did not work and the water was lukewarm at most. That was a bit disappointing. Although we didn't intend on using the pool - it was closed anyway and the hotel "gym" was pretty pathetic with a few old pieces of equipment and that was it.

The room was comfortable and quiet, the location ideal for visiting the Henry Ford museum. Desk clerk provided a discount ticket for the museum which was helpful.

The swimming pool needs a good clean, the pool walls were cruddy with mineral build up, the water cloudy, couldn't see the bottom. Breakfast was meh. At 9:15, one of the hot foods was depleted, never replenished, not much else available, but didn't starve.

We stayed here due to an extended power outage. The facilities were clean and quiet. The internet was incredible. I was able to work from the hotel room with no interruptions. Other local hotels were price gauging due to the storm power outage but Comfort Inn did not.

Note: none of these would prevent me from staying here again. These are petty, but you asked. 1. I enjoy hot showers. The water tempterature was acceptable but I would have liked a hotter shower. 2. There was no fruit at breakfast. 3. The #4 was not illuminated in the elevator. This bothered my husband, for some reason. 4. The back entrance was not locked our first day at the hotel. After that, it was secure and a key card was needed. 5. Wifi and key access card are reset on Mondays but we were unaware of this.

Breakfast was hot and ready on time although it could have offered a larger variety. Our room was fine, clean and quiet. the beds were comfortable although the AC blares in your face when cooling. It was certainly close to Greenfield Village, in sight actually, however walking would not be advised. Fords Garage and other restaurants are nearby. Chose Fords. It's great.

Breakfast offers an area of improvement. What was offered was fine but the variety needs improvement.

Biscuits and gravy were excellent. Housekeeping staff very friendly and helpful.

Wish there had been bacon with the breakfasts or at least sausage links instead of sausage patties every day. The carpeting in the hallways is really dirty or badly stained or both, making it seem not at all clean giving a terrible first impression.

Staff was excellent and the breakfast they put out was just fine. Scrambled eggs, home fried potatoes & coffee. Just fine for an early start.

I thought that the train tracks & greenery out my wi down might keep me up w noise. But you did an excellent job of sound proofing - I slept like a baby.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming to my group during our stay. Even offered to use the dining hall for a quick meeting between our delegation and staff members. Ample parking space and the round the clock service was astounding. I once saw a staff member refill the complimentary ice water at the lobby at 10 PM! That is orientation to service at its best.

The bath/shower is extremely slippery, no mat, no grab bars. It was not rectified after speaking to the front desk. Mold around the tub and wall. Minor items: some elevator indicator lights are inoperative, credit card machine was not working properly, your web page states free shuttle from Detroit Airport - it has been discontinued, "Near Dearborn" implies transportation provided to Dearborn Village, no such service.
