I like that the AC worked in the room and that it was very maintained as far as cleanliness and stocked items affiliated with the room and the staff there had a beautiful smile with an inviting presentation upon my arrival!

I didn't like the lime and scale build up on the inner upper ledge of the pool, I also thought the pull out beds for my room couch could have been supplied with pillows, I also did not like the breakfast bring without may of its amenities and breakfast staff had a look of anger in her face, I tried smiling at her but she was not having it overall it was acceptable with some perks that could be worked on!

There are a lot of hotels in Dearborn, but by far, Country Inn & Suites is the best! The entire staff couldn’t be more kind and welcoming. The amenities are amazing, especially the indoor pool and delicious breakfast every morning (which isn’t just a box of cereal like at some hotels; it is a full-on buffet with everything from eggs, home fries, bacon/sausage, fresh waffles, bagels, etc.). Everything is spotless and comfortable. I particularly liked the huge, deep bathtub and super comfortable bedding.

When I went in, I was greeted right away with a nice smile and treated by the front desk lady so nicely. She was very pleasant. Easy check-in and was told about the breakfast and the times. Got my room key cards and off we went

I was really surprised that they didn't have a safe as I like to lock things up at night. The beds need to be replaced as one side of each bed was really squeaking. Was also surprised about no service for the first 3 days. That was just werid.

The front desk staff was pleasant. The room nice could be updated; the beds were comfortable and the room location was very convenient. I will visit this location again. I wished the breakfast time was a little earlier.

The breakfast time, would have liked it to be little earlier like 6a.m. I didn't like that the adult time for the pool was 10p.m. The children time was up to 9pm and the adults only had one hour by themself..

Immaculately clean. Amazing breakfast (the fresh waffles are a must!). The entire staff just couldn’t be nicer! From Maya & Amir at the front desk to Mervat and the wonderful ladies in the housekeeping department to maintenance and security. The staff there makes you feel welcome and comfortable from check in to check out.

I have no complaints at all. Anything that I had a little issue with was handled instantly by the staff.

When we checked in the gentleman was kind and it was an easy check-in process. The room was clean, and our bed was comfortable.

No complaints. I plan to go to Michigan again in the near future and will definitely stay at the country inn.

I was very pleased with our stay. We were greeted at the reception almost everyday when we left and came back. The interior of the reception area was rustic and I appreciated it.

The neighbors after a couple days were very loud with the children and the elevators were soaked where they went to the pool.

All of the staff were very friendly. The location was good, about 20 minutes to everywhere we were going in Detroit. The room and hotel were very clean.

We were on the 4th floor, so that may be the reason, but the water pressure was not great. Also, the bed was not the most comfortable - not terrible but not the best either.

The front desk personnel, especially Stella. There was also a young man in housekeeping who was very helpful in assisting me to walk across a freshly mopped floor(I’m partially handicapped). He insisted on accompanying me to my room.

I received a text message saying my suite would be serviced on the third day of my stay, it wasn’t and I was there 5 days. That in itself, wasn’t really a problem, but I dropped chips on the floor and I requested someone to just vacuum the area where the crumbs were. I was told someone would bring a vacuum and that I could use the vacuum, I told him that would be impossible for me to do so because of my disability, he apologized and said he would notify someone. They never came. I requested once more, the next day, still no one came. I just gave up.

The room was clean and comfortable the food was okay in the morning. Some of the staff couldn't speak English but I figured out how to communicate with her. Some of the people in other rooms were really loud in the middle of the night. There wasn't much we could do.
