Cleanliness , ease of getting in , staff was very helpful & friendly .

There was no fresh fruit at Breakfast , of the three juices offered they only had orange juice available . I would have liked a pump soap at the sink in the bathroom , I had to reach into the shower to get body wash for handwashing . There was no liner in the bathroom trash can . We needed more sugar & creamer at the coffee pot in the room. Construction with scaffolding on the front of the building was happening as we arrived...I was not sure the hotel was open . This was not mentioned on Booking..com as I figure they were unaware .

This hotel was fantastic, the room was clean and big. The breakfast was so delicious, especially the quiches. The pool was so sparkly and very clean. I loved the fact that you can charge snacks and drinks to your room.

The floor creeked a bit, we had to watch out we walked in the room because we weren't sure if the room below could hear.

Breakfast was delicious and had a good variety. Room was very comfortable! AC was cold! Check in was an easy process! Free water at front counter was a nice bonus after coming in from the Strawberry Festival.

Bathroom door was hard to close. Needs to be shaved off at bottom.

Customer service was great!! Everyone was nice, breakfast was great near everything, restaurants stores. Only thing our room was clean but smelled mildew but besides that’s I will stay again!!

Our room had a bit of mildew smell. First floor the back door slams.

We liked how pretty and comfortable it was for its price.

Breakfast selection, if only there were other choice, which is understandable as we’re not much into American foods.

the air unit in the room blasts really hard air making it freezing. to avoid a gust of constant air flow we had to keep the air off which made it warm in the room. the bed wasn’t the most comfortable. pillows were too soft and few.

Even though they were renovating the hotel it was in the final stage of the renovation, I do a lot of traveling, and the hotel was great

Nice clean room. Comfortable bed and temperature. A/C worked great. Wasn't loud. The night was peaceful and quiet. Great convenient location to eateries, shopping and the convention center.

The bathroom floor needed renovation. The shower pressure isn't great. Would prefer two sinks for family convenience.
