The suite I had was spectacular. It was so comfortable and well laid out. Very elegant but felt like I could live there! The staff was so nice and helpful. I took a fall on a sidewalk near the property and got scratched up quite a bit. The staff brought out the first aid kit helped clean my wounds and bandaged me up so I could still go out and enjoy the night with my friends. Everyday they checked in on me to make sure I was still doing fine. I felt cared for in every way. The grounds were so beautiful like you were in tropical garden! Just exquisite!

There was nothing I didn’t like. Everything was done to perfection.

The building is modern and pretty . It is probably one of the few good hotels in Cali with a pool. Room was spacious with good AC and comfortable . San Antonio neighborhood has interesting places to eat and have drinks .

Check in was at 3 pm but room wasn’t ready they told me to wait 30 min .

We were blown away by the sheer size of our room and the views on to tropical trees and bushes outside. Sitting on the balcony, listening to the birdlife, was very peaceful. The area of San Antonio is excellent with good quality restaurants within walking distance - our favourite was the Meditterranean across the road which did fusion food exceptionally well in great outdoor surroundings. The breakfast here is buffet style with a huge selection of different food which we enjoyed. Most places are easy to walk to, so the hotel is a great base to explore Cali.

Although the pool looks lovely and inviting, it's right in the middle, between the bar & restaurant, so feels very much like a goldfish bowl, with no privacy.

The room was specious and linens, mattress and pillows very comfortable. Places to store, unpack, and spread out. Lovely dining room which serves a good breakfast and also has a full restaurant used frequently used by external guests for parties. Wonderful spa where I had a rejuvenating facial, they also offer massages The neighborhood is full of great restaurants, I highly recommend Karmel just around the corner. The park was nothing much to see but we headed down from there to the river where the outdoor cat museum offers a lovely walk along the river.

The reception staff is not well versed in tourism. When I pointed that out at the end of the stay, they showed me a card with a QR code to access tourist suggestions. That would have been great from the start instead of the mildly disinterested looks our questions received.

This hotel is amazing! Maybe the best one I have been in my life and I have written hundreds of these reviews already. It is a very interesting hotel made of many houses and courtyards that feel like a peaceful jungle inside an old and picturesque district of Cali. The hotel staff is amazing and the restaurant is of high class that can satisfy even the most exquisite tastes. The check-in process was extremely smooth and pleasant with welcome drink being delivered to us from the bar, while our data was being filled in. We got a free room upgrade from regular sweet to amazing sweet.

It is very difficult to make any remark to this hotel. It is close to what I would call perfection! Our minor remarks are related to external services of the hotel - gym is located at an external location and was not accessible on Sunday. Same about laundry service - we wanted to have some items washed on Saturday, but they said they won't be ready before Monday, which was when we did not need them anymore.

Was certainly one of the largest Jr Suite rooms I've ever stayed in, and the bath/spa was also enormous, it had a stairway to 2nd floor balcony over the pool. We were greeted with drinks at the front desk as we checked in, and from that point on everyone on staff was absolutely wonderful. We had dealings with the Front Desk, Maintenance, Maids, Bartenders, Baristas, Waitstaff, and without exception they were all friendly, and very capable, The building was clean top to bottom there was never a time when staff wasn't cleaning SOMEthing. Breakfast was excellent, nice presentation, fresh (though the menu didn't change much in three days), and we were well cared for. Wife insists we will return.

About the only thing I didn't like was the use of Caracols (spiral staircase) on the way to, and inside our suite. But staff was excellent and took up all our bags and stroller to the 2nd floor. Even as we were checking out the cleaning women stopped what they were doing and helped bring our numerous things to the first floor. I've never seen that before anywhere. Note: There did seem to be another section of the hotel that had an elevator.

Super nice hotel! Great location, very comfortable, friendly and helpful staff. Everything was nice. Me and my friends were in Cali to celebrate my birthday. The manager(Alex) upgraded me to a nicer bigger room with a jaccuzi when he found out it was my birthday. Thanks so much Alex and all Alko staff for making my birthday so special. Definitely will recommend it and stay again next time when I’m in town!

the location of the hotel is very good. The hall, very nice, the breakfast very good, the staff very attentive.

I have to say that the room is very small, without a closet, the bed is comfortable but the bathroom is a disaster, the carpet is dirty. The air conditioning with tremendous noise. I'm fair, that's why I say what I liked about the hotel, staff, resident, breakfast and location, the restaurant was very good, but I'm sorry about the room but it was not at the level of the hotel

The way your employees treat the clients is exceptional, me and my wife travel around the world and we consider your hotel to one of the best that we stayed. Duvan, from the front desk did a great job, He treat us like a top class five stars hotel's concierge. Please congratulate him. I don't like writing review, but you guys really deserve it, and people must know.

There was only one staff member who spoke English therefore it was hard to communicate The pool Was there but was not useful since it wasn’t heated the breakfast was poor in Monday May 6 there wasn’t bread and almost nothing to choose from
