The first and most important thing to me was that the AC worked great. The room was clean and I really liked the staff. It's right on the water, and you can practically go fishing out your door. The price is a bit higher than most 6's, but it's in a tourist area, and that's to be expected. I've stayed in fancier places, but they cost twice as much. All in all, this Motel 6 is outstanding.

Really nothing to complain about.

The motel had good prices, complimentary coffee, was pet friendly, plenty of bags to pick up after your pets, and had a good selection of TV channels for our room. The motel is by the water, and near Indian Point Pier, for convenience of fishing.

The floor in our room was a bit dirty (had to keep the socks on), the air conditioning unit was not cooling well, and some of the clean towels they gave us had stains that were not completely removed from the towels.

You guys have very good prices we've been there already like 6 times usually the place we always go to convenient to everything around. I recommend it and we can get a room with the view of the water and downstairs and they did awesome wait room 106. I think we are continuing to ask if possible for that room 106 every time we go and really happy with it anniversary you just got a couple of things that are either loose or any fixing just saying for the next one it comes in. The location was fun, water borders the backside of the property and you can go fishing. Room was nice. Beds were comfy, a/c was cold, shower was hot with excellent water pressure, good sized fridge, little kitchen sink and hot plate were convenient. There was a mildew smell but that's to be expected for being surrounded by water.

There was a really bright light outside the main room which made it seem like daylight all night. We kept waking up thinking we overslept. But the room with the 2 beds was darker. There was no TV in the main room. There was some cosmetic issues that need to be taken care of, but nothing really to complain about. The little room with the toilet and bathtub was a little cramped. It's just a basic motel, the price is is little steep for the facility but then again you're gonna pay that price anywhere in the area just because of the location. We would stay there again

It was very nice to be able to move around outside with our dogs. very convenient to the water. very quiet. Front desk staff was excellent. The room on the bottom floor was excellent.

Parking. Not bieng able to parl close to my room. Lights did not work in the front part of the room , nor did electrical sockets. I'm not a complainer so i just went with it.

Friendly staff and price. They were really quick to replace our microwave and get the cable back on. We love that we can go fishing any time in the same spot

More towel and blankets. Free breakfast. And lower prices.

Rr was to small. No washer or dryer. Toi pricy for the stay.

Loved the staff. I had an issue with my room, and the motel was accommodating to that problem. Snacks/drinks sold in the front lobby (bring cash). Vending machines also available. Parking was not a problem. If you like fishing, it’s definitely a place to cast from.

The one and only thing that was a bother, was the turn around heading north/northeast. -But hey, it’s not like you’re walking.

I always stay here just to go fishing when I want to get away from my life in Central Texas. It's clean enough for what it is and I'm fine with that.

The only thing I really don't care for is sometimes there's not enough parking places.
