The hotel room was spacious, the hotel lobby smelled really good. There was a water dispenser in the back room next to the lift. We refilled our bottles every time we went by, to save plastics and to save on buying water! Beds were comfortable and big (we got two twin beds side by side), with tons of space to hang out in the room without getting in each others' way. Location wise it was great, it was in a quiet area with loads of food options nearby. Hock Kopitiam was a favourite. There's a Starbucks within walking distance. This place is also a 20-minute car ride from the airport approximately, so it was great. We were about 5-7-minute car ride away from the Miri Marina, as well. For superb, affordable, fresh seafood, Wondering Seafood Restaurant is a 15-minute stroll away.

There was no laundry line in the bathroom. We went diving and had wet things, so that was quite inconvenient for us. The bathroom smelled a little at times but overall not too bad. Could have done with some deodorizing products in the bathroom I reckon (maybe whatever you used in the lobby that smells so good?). Also, note that this side of the hotel h as its room windows facing the back of a fitness studio (spin studio) which had super loud music playing around 5-7pm. If you were hoping for a pre-dinner nap, it's definitely not happening.

Upon entry to the property, the design of the place looks like a compact high class hotel. The room is suprisinty spacious for the budget. Toilet is nice and clean with a modern design. Upon check-in and check-out the staffs were very friendly. The Wi-Fi provided was amply quick and with strong signal in the room. Location of the hotel makes finding food easy.

The aircon filters looks like it needs a wash. Aircon was a little under performing. The soundproofing of the unit is a little weak which makes the noice pollution from Miri motorbikes somewhat disturbing.

Room was very clean and well-maintained. The front desk staff was very helpful and accommodating. I usually stay at the hotel chains in Miri but took a chance with this booking as my daughter had stayed here previously and was very impressed. I would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely nothing. For a cheaper/budget friendly hotel, I found that the hygiene standards and service were comparable to the best that Miri has to offer.

There's 7-eleven store just next door so that was a major convenience. Plenty of restaurants around and it's a pretty convenient place to stay. The Miri Times Square is just a 2-minutes drive and 5-minutes ish to Bintang Mall. Price is affordable and easily becoming my 1st choice to come back to. Good stay overall, would come back to this place again.

Sometimes there is karaoke nearby due to pubs nearby, it is unavoidable. If you don't like noisy places, maybe can search for other places.

The hotel is surrounded by restaurants, cafes and bars. 7E is just next to the hotel which makes it more convenient.

We were given a bad room for our 1st night. A very strong yucky smell came out from the drainage. Me and my friend just don't care about it on our 1st night as we were checked in late, around 10pm if not mistaken and were really tired. We just need our sleep. Then I only managed to complain the next day and the receptionist got us a new room. The new room given to us was awesome and perfect.

All...all so perfect to me. Clean good space confortable bed. Cleaned bed sheets and toilet towels. All you need is there even simple and neat. Staff nice KIND and professional. Wi fi and ac and water pressure in shower all worked perfectly.

More clean the aisle of the floor and offer the service of an umbrella under a deposit of course it is nice to borrrow when you want to go out and outside there is a lot of rain.

All are good except for the floor in front of toilet n bathroom.

Due to the basin area is outside the bathroom and toilet,so the floor gets wet easily everytime we use the basin and whenever after bath. The floor will be slippery. If bring along toddlers need to be careful because my 1 year old toddler keep walk to that area feeling excited inside the room 😅. If bring along toddler preferable double room. If no toddlers then will be great! 👍

Good neighborhood-close to many good restaurants, Miri Central Park, and only 15 mins walk to the city centre. Friendly staff, they kept our luggage because we came in before check in hour-and also helped with the parking ticket. Spotlessly clean rooms, and the family room was very spacious.

My husband (suffering from a back injury) found the beds not good-for me and the kids this was not such an issue. For the rest no complaints-I really recommend this hotel.

Small bathroom, small toilet, aircond leaking, mini fridge leaking, housekeeping no change our pillow case and bed sheet. Staying there for 4 days. No give supply shampoo and body wash. Complimentary right. And reception not friendly and not welcoming face. Feel weird. 🤔. Not hard to say '' Hello.. Hi.. Welcome.. How are you.. - Miri memang x humble kah? Feel horror😏

Like the location, easily accessible to various places and airport, lots of eateries, convenient.

Soundproofing is not good enough Can hear the sound of surroundings pub live singing, voices of people talking downstairs and vehicles. Don't like the bathroom concept, especially the toilet glass doors which cab see through. No privacy.
