We were told that the breakfast was complimentary between certain hours and that coffee was available all day. Then on the day we went down for breakfast, we were told that the bistro was closed and we were told of 3 other restaurants in the area. We went to a restaurant called Grits and Eggs. On our last day, we wanted to eat at the bistro and was told that a small cup of coffee was $3.00 since we had checked out. Everyone was very nice, but we never got to have a breakfast there in the Bistro.

Overall, there was nothing that I had a real problem about.

The Location was 30 mins from the airport which was not too bad, and it is near the major freeways. I did like the layout of the room, it was cozy. And the rain shower was nice in the morning. The staff at the front desk were excellent, very courteous, helpful and pleasant at all times.

I stayed a short time due to me flying in out the morning. I do not have much bad to say about the property. I wish they offered an airport shuttle however, as stated the Lyft from the airport to the hotel was under $60 one way. Also, they do hold an incidental fee hold on your card of approximately $50+ Dollars which Booking.com did not mention. So just be aware of that as most hotels/resorts have this policy these days.

Friendly staff, nice location, comfortable beds

My card was charged $260 and no one said anything about what the charge was for. My room was 204 and change. So I don't like that no one said anything, Should explain if it's a extra fee for what ever reason this is the reason I'm giving a 9 instead of a 10

bad view and room type - very small corner room. didn't realize what i was getting until i checked in. once i saw the room i inquired about changing and upgrading if necessary and they would not let me. said if i had booked directly with hotel i would have been able to make the change. thought that was a bit tacky to say, but oh well. it was a nice hotel though.

I like the location the most. If you are lucky to get a room with a balcony then you are in for a wonderful view. The room is cozy and very clean. Plus the ambiance and the staff make it an awesome place to stay.

The water doesn't get hot. It's lukewarm at best. Sometimes it's more cold than hot. I don't know if Courtyard chose to have the water that way but I don't like that I can't get hotter water. Plus the shower door they use really could be better if they closed it. Having it open is nice for decoration purposes but I like the surrounding feeling from the shower and water.

We stayed in a "King room with a city view" and you could see Atlanta in the distance. The beds were super comfortable and everything was very clean. The staff was helpful and very friendly. The lobby was beautiful and the pool looked clean (we didn't get in bc we got back too late from dinner and the pool closed at 9). Would definitely stay here again. The area that the hotel is in (Vinings) is beautiful and very well kept. I would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to visit Atlanta but not stay in the heart of it.

The "view" was a little underwhelming because right outside of our room was a large light shining up on the building and that kind of destroyed any "city lights" view you see. It was a good view during the day, though.

Very clean hotel, nice spacious room and very friendly staff! Everyone was super helpful, polite and diligent. Highly recommended.

The property looked clean and smelled amazing! The gym was clean and I felt comfortable using everything. They thought to put towels at each machine. Nice touch!

The shower curtain extended beyond the tub and was not long enough to fit inside the tub. Therefore, our bathroom floor was soaked after showers. The body wash, shampoo and conditioner were wonderful! It would have been nice to have lotion as well. I didn’t pack any because it’s often in hotel rooms.

Always easy in and out and location is great.

Got double billed and still awaiting them crediting back my discover card since I had already paid through Booking.

The room was nice and clean and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. There was a sofa bed if needed as well. I slept like a baby.

I didn't like how there was no door to close the shower, therefore you could feel the cool breeze from behind. Also, the water in the shower didn't get as hot as I expected but other than that it was ok.
