The facilities were great. Pickleball court, pool and the marina were excellent. The place is very clean and the location is excellent.

No housekeeping for extended stay. You have to call but they respond fast. Mosquitoes are a problem because of the mangroves. The cafe was closed so u have to go out to snack.

Loved the location. The view from our living room, bedroom and balcony were stunning. Loved the beach, pool, hot tub, and the beautiful landscaping and areas where they preserved the natural mangroves. The property was full of beautiful bird songs, butterflies, iguanas and other little lizards. My daughters enjoyed the swings. I loved that the property was so close to so many activities. Although I didn’t want to do laundry on vacation, having a dryer and washer in the condo unit was ideal for a family with young children.

Although I loved the view from the balcony the spacing of the spindles of the fencing made me nervous with a 3 year old. The spacing was so wide. My daughter put her head through them and I was worried she might fall through them (we were 3 floors up). The checkin process took a while especially with two tired children. The checkin directions should state to go to main entrance. Google maps brought me to the back gate for late night check in. You can’t get in from there. Wish the property would add more playground equipment like a slide to go with swings.

The paper that I was given at check in was very helpful. It provided several suggestions for restaurants and activities. We were pleased with all of the meals we ate and paddleboard company that we rented from. They delivered and picked up the boards directly to the beach at Ocean Point.

I can't think of anything that I didn't like. However, I would have liked to have known which building was closest to the beach and which ones were closed to the pool. All of the buildings were equally nice and nothing was too far away that we couldn't easily walk to it. I just would have liked to have a clearer view of the beach/ocean area.

Loved the size, cleanliness, peacefulness, and view of the room we were in, loved that upon check-in that night we were upgraded to a larger room than expected, very friendly staff , amazing views from balcony . The ease of checking out. It was gated community. Loved all the cats and wildlife. Quiet,relaxing, laid back vibes

That the bedrooms were next to walkway with windows that only had vertical blinds on them no curtains and blinds were not good ones as people could see in your rooms if walking by.

Great base to explore the Key Islands from. The apartment had everything that we needed for our stay (even basic coffee/tea stock for that first breakfast). We enjoyed the view (and the sounds of the birds in) the mangrove forest in the mornings and evenings. The balcony was tiny but with an unexpectedly large pool a few steps away we preferred to spend our afternoons there. The beach is artificial and mangrove-y, for the proper white beaches you need to drive further down the archipelago, but perfectly fine for kids to play on for a bit. The property is quite clear about having to collect the key from a different address, so that was not an issue for us, same as the absence of a restaurant on-site (there was a burger van parked at the pool every day). A big supermarket and some restaurants are minutes away in a car, thoroughly recommend Sunrise Cuban Market & Cafe just down the road.

We got out every day and coming back we sometimes had to wait quite a while at the security booth to be let in, not a big thing, unless you have frozen groceries in a warm car.

Amazing pool, beach, pier and little marina with a cute boardwalk, and overall just lovely grounds and resort! We appreciated other guests’ reviews and are happy to say that it was a wonderful property! We loved our 4th floor building 4 views of the ocean. Small balcony but we loved it. The pool and hot tub with all the chairs/lounge chairs and burger food truck were all amazing! The food truck owner even ordered gluten free buns since my daughter eats GF and other parents have asked too. We highly recommend this property.

We did not like the check in at the office across the street. It was an awkward set up and not a welcoming looking office/signage.

The staff at the welcome center was helpful prior to arrival and when checking in. The list of suggested restaurants was extremely helpful and had some great recommendations. The location was off of the highway which allowed the property to be more quiet and relaxing. The proximity of the property to everything was great. The view from our balcony was fantastic. The kitchen was fully furnished so everything you would need to use is there. There were lots of excursions on our itinerary so we largely just used the property in the evening and for sleeping. We really only used the pool during the evening hours to avoid the peak crowded times. The pool was warm with plenty of tables and chairs. Having a dryer in the room was essential for drying the towels you had to take with you and use for the pool.

The rooms were clean on the surface but could have used a more thorough and deep clean. Lots of accumulated dust and debris were found in places that either the vacuum didn't reach or something had to be moved in order to clean (closet corners, under beds, behind the entertainment center and night stands). There were paint trays and tools stored underneath the bed in the master. The balcony was extremely small with barely enough room for two plastic lawn chairs. The fire alarm went off during our stay right as we were leaving for the wedding we were attending. There was no obvious cause of the alarm but it made us hesitant to leave without knowing the source.

I got a balcony view. The place was very nice, very family oriented. I love how they have a Mariana on site. There is a beach area and a nice dock to walk out on. The pool is big and nice with live music going. Also loved the fact that the room had a washer and drier, so I was able to keep up with my family's laundry instead of going home and doing a bunch of laundry.

The only complaints I actually have is that it's a little pricey, but being it is the keys, everything there is pricey. Also, I think the room could've been a little cleaner. If you walked around your room barefoot, you had black feet. That tells me the floors are not moped well. Also, there were feeces under the one toilet seat, and the housekeeper must not have lifted the seat. Also, the cafe and bar that's advertised is not open, but they did have a food truck to accommodate the cafe, but I was looking forward to the bar. I would certainly stay again if I were to ever go back to the keys

It is centrally located and easily accessible to beaches, grocery stores, and restaurants. It has a nice pool, a small play area (with swings) for toddlers and kids, and tennis and pickleball courts. The rooms were really spacious with a fully stocked (cutlery and pans) kitchen. Surprisingly, they also have a washer and dryer in every unit and a trash chute. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay, and I highly recommend this place. We will be staying here again.
