the room was so comfy but not as what i expected cause i want the room at the upper level, our view this time not as expected, the room services good and the airconditioning was as expected, the bath room was splendid.

They upgraded our room . The breakfast was good. Its our 2nd time staying here , first was before covid . Everything looks the same and service quality also remained.

During our stay there was a vip meeting and the hotel entrance was blocked. In the evening we wanted to go out but 2 of the elevators were blocked and the other 2 was fully packed everytime it came to our floor. After waiting more than 30 mins we decided to walk down the stairs with 3 small kids. Then at the lobby some delegation gave us a stare as we walked by them . At breakfast the food was great but at the noodle station the condiments were mostly gone by 830am and not everything was refilled.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The breakfast selection was fantastic, offering a wide variety of options to suit all tastes. I was also pleasantly surprised when they gave me a complimentary upgrade from a superior room to a deluxe room due to availability. The deluxe room was incredibly spacious, which made my stay even more comfortable. What I particularly liked was the free parking, which was very convenient. The hotel uses a parking card system, so you need a card to enter and exit, which makes the parking area feel secure.

there were a few things that could be improved. The bed had some stains on the sheets, but since it was already late, we didn’t ask for a change. Additionally, some basic amenities like the hair dryer, water kettle, and iron weren’t in the room initially and we had to request them. It would also be great if they took better care of their swimming pool, as it seemed a bit neglected during our visit.

Had a fantastic stay at Pullman Miri. The staff were very helpful and accommodating, especially for our family with a small child. They provided a baby cot, which was so convenient. The room was ready quickly and was spacious, comfortable, and had beautiful views. The bathtub with a view was a big hit with our kid.We also appreciated the option for a late check-out with additional fee, giving us extra flexibility. Everything was clean and well-maintained, and the location is super convenient for exploring. Highly recommend for families!

The in-room dining options were a bit limited, and we found there wasn’t much variety on the menu. While it would have been nice to have more selection for in-room dining, we could easily use Grab Food to order from nearby restaurants, which gave us more flexibility and choice.

Breakfast spread was ok. I dropped my 2nd handphone on the driveway on the day of checking out, only discovered when I reached home in Singapore. Contacted your hotel via booking.com, the hp was recovered and my brother in law managed to collect it on the same day. Thank you so much for this.

We were given a room at Level 23, it was good to be on such a high floor, only issue was the shower water pressure was not good enough. Also, staff service very inconsistent. Though I greeted them, some just ignore me. Very disappointed.

The staff forgot to tell us about the breakfast services that was included for our stay so we had to call them to inquire. The staff didn't provide information about parking nor inquire whether we used the parking at the hotel parking lot. When we came at night, the barrier gate was open so we went in. But after checking out, the barrier gate was closed so we had to go back to lobby to ask about it since we didn't have a card. They had to call security to personally open the barrier gate to let us out

Room was spacious. View was wonderful with the sea & river. Location was convenient. Staff were pleasant and always greeted us warmly. Impressed!

Room cleaning was not consistent. Sometimes soap was not replaced, cups not washed. The tribal bag left on the wardrobe for sale was very dusty, so it left the impression that the room was not well cleaned. Blinds in the bathroom were super dirty.
