Good location if you're going to alcala university, good breakfast, neat hotel, clean rooms. Attention to details in the rooms.

They don't have kettles in the rooms and there wasn't any provided when requested. The only solution was to order hot water from the kitchen or as room service. I find that very weird. The only meal I tried at their restaurant was a beef dish and the beef was no where near done. It also had no taste at all.

Excellent location, close to the main square. We stayed in the superior double room, it was more like a suite, and it had everything you could need and more. Well stock cold breakfast buffet, there is a hot breakfast menu which you order from your table and is delivered freshly made along with fresh pots of coffee and hot milk. The food in the restaurant and bar/cafeteria were also excellent as was the service overall. The cleaning staff are first class and extremely thorough. We would gladly return.

This hotel is a little gem. On arrival the reception team when friendly and helped with any questions i had. The rooms are very spacious with a high level of cleanliness I only had breakfast in the hotel, there was a great variety of hot & cold foods (fruits, meats, breads etc) - again the staff were very friendly Pool area, again clean with friendly staff - There are a good amount of sun loungers / umbrellas

The only thing that i would like to have seen is the pool opens earlier - I was there on business so would have been nice to have an earlier morning swim

Location, Breakfast, Modernisation of room, Layout of room & size of room. Power shower, heated floor tiles and bath/wet room design layout. Mirror the TV from your mobile phone. Good Wi-Fi.

I was in the basement (-1) so no view. The hotel layout, it was just full of corridors and the room numbers didn’t flow very well. Bedding cover type was unconventional and thin leaving you cold. No English TV channels (not even BBC World News). No complimentary water at your bedside. No Tea/Coffee making facilities. No free use of the spa area. Evening meal at one of the restaurants was poor quality/cold, lacking any atmosphere and expensive. I couldn’t locate a room service menu or mini bar price list.

The room was very spacious, the bed was really big and comfortable. And the bathroom was huge, clean and with a separated toilet space. We liked that there is an outdoor swimming pool inlcuded in the stay and also a Spa that can be booked separately. The hotel has three restaurants. This allows for a lot of choice for delicious food. The staff is very professional and friendly.

The location was excellent. My room was very comfortable, clean and spacious. The pool was perfect to cool off at the end of the day (I wish it opened earlier in the day for a pre-breakfast swim, but I understand that you need to have a lifeguard on duty and there's not much call for early swims!). I really liked the fitness room - it was small but air conditioned, with towels and a water cooler on hand. Breakfast was delicious. My check-out was smooth - my luggage was kept safely until I was ready to leave, and a taxi to the airport was called for me.

My only criticism - coffee was a little slow to appear one morning, and we had ordered for two people but only got the one. The servings were so generous that we didn't mind!

Clean, modern, easy parking, convenient, lovely staff, roomy closet & bathroom, very good restaurant. We didn’t use the pool (which looked sparkling & inviting) or the Spa, but both are nice amenities.

Barking dog for about 20 minutes straight in the middle of night! Sounded like it was coming from a room down the hall but I suppose it’s possible (but unlikely given our room location) that it was coming from outside.

I like the surroundings and the hotel itself. Rooms clean and spacious. Sadly we did not get to experience all that the hotel has to offer. We did enjoyed the bar. The next time we will take advantage.

We had a good experience checking in but our friend right next to us didn’t have one so that was disappointing that the staff inconsistent in their approach of guests.

The suite was huge and a very modern design, with all amenities. Staff was gracious and very helpful. Great value for your money. Beautiful town. Would definitely return! Highly recommend it for a comfortable, peaceful, enjoyable stay.

It was far from Madrid. Public transportation is inconvenient. You have to factor that in. We would have wanted to stay at least 3 days to factor in logistics to Madrid using public transportation instead of expensive taxi rides.

The hotel was such good value for money - the rooms were immaculate and felt luxurious, the staff were so lovely, the location was beautiful (so close to bars and restaurants and shops), the pool area was also gorgeous. We absolutely loved it here and would certainly return!

There was nothing we didn't like whilst staying here!
