Very spacious apartment, very well equipped, good size of bathroom, very comfortable bed. Very clean apartment. Staying on top floor we had beautiful view to surrounding areas, even to Frankfurt! Extremly helpful and kind staff from the receptionist to the cleaning ladies, everyone was very kind and always smiling . We felt very welcomed.

The blinders conditions on the windows needs to improve as they didn't work very well. When pulled up the windows were very dirty- which is a shame because the apartment was really clan but seeing the dirty windows, it made us feel a bit uncomfortable.

I saw it on the pictures, but I did not really expect an apartment/studio. It was quite as expected! Full kitchen (even partly renewed), small bathroom and a TV, couch, dining table and queen size bed. Most of the stuff in the room was quite ugly in my opinion, so if you care about that, it's not the best hotel. But it's a perfect sleepover hotel or cheap apartment to stay at in Germany, if you can reach with your own transport.

We booked in the afternoon and arrived in the evening. When we arrived at the hotel, there was one staff member that greeted us. She gave us the keys and left. After that moment, there was nobody of the staff left at the hotel. I was quite disappointed by that that there was not a lot of support/staff at the hotel. It's not the best location and it does not feel like the best place to hang out on the street by night.

Very large room with a seating area and kitchenette. Very friendly and helpful staff. Whilst it’s a strange location, it was ideal for the town (15 min walk) and didn’t feel at all unsafe, in fact it was very quiet and peaceful for sleeping.

The curtains are not black out so the room wasn’t dark and I had to use an eye mask - with such large windows this should be addressed. The kitchen only contained one plate & one glass which wasn’t ideal for a couple. The rooms are in pairs and you hear the neighbours door loudly each time they come and go.

The place is very close to the Frankfurt Airport. The value for money is amazing compared to the other property around Frankfurt (at the time of booking almost all hotels in Frankfurt are occupied because there was an event). The staff was very helpful. We requested for late check out because my mother was not feeling well. Not only the staff allowed us for late check out but they told us that it is FREE! Certainly will return here when I visit Frankfurt in the future.

Easy check in until 10 pm which suited us. Large room, good parking. Comfortable bed. Excellent value for money.

The WiFi code was not in the room and we didn't realise until after reception closed because we checked in late. Not a particular issue as we only stayed 1 night but would be useful to put in a book or paper in the room as other places do.

Very friendly and helpful staff, big room, comfy ambiente.

Bit dusty around the closet, but not too bad. Provided a good laugh in the end. :D The key box process could be a bit more smooth.

Good basic hotel with plenty of room space and some cooking facilities, with parking. Although in the middle of an industrial estate, good location for getting the train to Frankfurt.

As it comes with a small kitchenette, some plates and utensils would have been welcome.

Large spacious room, easy to book and keyless, good parking and staff very friendly and helpful. An excellent Indian restaurant near by.

Located in an industrial area so could have been more charming - but the building is the highest in the area and you can see the skyline of Frankfurt from the balcony.

Very big room, with kitchen and parking. All we were looking for was there. Friendly staff, breakfast was nice! Near the train so we visited the Christmas markets in Frankfurt.

Perfect location, very easy to get the train into Frankfurt centre (you can buy a ticket from the machine at the station). There are plenty of supermarkets close by also, the free parking is great. Staff are very friendly and accommodating, thank you!
