The room was fresh and clean and smelt wonderful. The room was very cozy.. The staff was super friendly and I love the fact that there was Christian music on the radio downstairs. The stay was absolutely wonderful.

Everyone was very nice and helpful. It was very quiet that was nice.

The breakfast was ok could have had a little more. But it was good what we had.

It is nice not to have to deal with a full lounge of people at breakfast and in the hotel. It was very quiet.

The breakfast lounge offered waffles but was out of syrup other than sugar free and I noticed another guest was waiting for coffee very patiently.

Stated hot tub and pool but did not have was boarded up and stated had been for a long time. Smelled like skunk In the hallway someone said was pot smell. When ask the front desk informed me would spray a room freshener

the breakfast really sucked, the staff was ok, they seem to try to fix our issue of only staying 1 night but getting charged for 2, they said it was a Booking. com issue and they would try to straighten it out, but it never happened.

I would never book anything through Booking.com again. It cost me 179.42 for a one night stay in a third class hotel. It is really hard to find a direct phone number for motels when traveling with all the second party advertisers taking control of the phone so you end up getting a bad deal. I was suppose to get a refund for my second night that I canceled early the first night. still have not received anything.

The mattresses were worn. I could feel the springs. The carpet is very dated as well. The toilets would flush.

Check in was speedy with very friendly service. We stay in the area often. First time at this location. Pleased with room size and quality.

Check out was clearly posted to be at 11. At 10:05 the knocks on the door and phone calls starting asking if we had checked out yet. The housekeeping knocks at the door continued every 5-10 minutes until we left the room at 10:58. The room key stopped working at 10:15 so thankfully one us stayed in the room while the other made trips loading our luggage. Housekeeping was rude and pushy. Ruined what was otherwise a very pleasant stay.
