After much research, we chose the New Airport Hotel based on its location and room size. We were pleasantly surprised that the room exceeded our expectations on many other levels. Late check-in wasn’t a problem and went without a hitch. The room had everything we needed for our one-night transit stop, including a hairdryer and basic toiletries. Drinking water was available in the room, and there was a fridge in the lobby with more beverages. Tommy was very helpful and quick to reply to all of our questions, making sure our brief stay was as pleasant as possible -- 10 stars for service.

Well it’s all been said hasn’t it, Tommy’s infectious enthusiasm 👏(the world needs more Tommys), the clean spacious quiet rooms, double glazed windows ensuring no traffic noise, simple but delightful breakfast providing all one really needs to tackle the day, brought up the steps to the restaurant by Tommy and his offsider…and yes they have a kitchen to correct the ledger from one totally negative review. An interesting little village with several restaurants and shops. Very local and non touristy. Tommy organised a 5.45 am ride to the airport 👍 Don’t hesitate to book, best value for money in Hanoi.See you again…

Clean comfortable rooms,the staff are lovely, extremely friendly and helpful. We were able to book some day trips and overnight visits from here with the help of the staff,for a very reasonable price. The location is good for the airport,but we used it as a base while we stayed as there are plenty of places to visit just in this area,shops and restaurants with delicious food for a fraction of the price you would pay for in the centre of Hanoi. We would highly recommend staying here, Tommy is really kind and helpful, nothing is too much trouble for him ☺️

This place is a great place to stay. Lovely friendly and helpful staff.We have been made to feel very welcome there. The room was very clean and the huge bed is really comfortable. Breakfast is great,there are some options to choose from. For evening meals there are restaurants within walking distance that serve delicious food at really good prices and there is the BEST barbecue restaurant close by,but unfortunately I can't remember the name,the food is amazing! Ask Tommy where it is! We will be staying again 😁

Nothing to complain about

I stayed here for one night after arriving at the airport. I was able to check in at 02:00 AM without any problems. The rooms are surprisingly clean and large for the price. The breakfast in the morning is wonderful and you can also ask for a refill. Tommy is a very nice host, upbeat, friendly and helpful. I can recommend the hotel to anyone. Thank you!

The room was comfortable and just enough for what we needed, a place for the five of us to rest our heads. We were recommended local restaurant where the food was delicious! Try the fried chicken. The kids loved it! Tommy was incredibly accommodating and very helpful. If you need a quick pit stop at a reasonable rate, New Airport Hotel will fit the bill.

Everything. The location, facilities, spacious room size, amenities, shower & toilet space. You’ll feel like you’re staying in a brand new hotel. We stayed here for about 8 hours and it’s a great value for money considering the proximity of the airport. The breakfast was basic English but more than enough for one. You can also get free refill. Mr. Tommy is an excellent host with an infectious smile.

Mr Tommy the owner couldn’t have been more helpful, friendly and welcoming. He was happy to arrange an airport taxi for us and even got up at 4:30am to bid us farewell. The room we stayed in was spacious, comfortable and clean. It was exactly what we needed before an early flight.

Nothing, everything was great.

My mother had an overnight layover in Hanoi. She doesn't speak English. I wrote to the hotel and asked them to meet her at the airport. They quickly organized everything and delivered her back to the airport in the morning. Thanks to the hotel staff (unfortunately, I don't know the name of the hotel employee). On the way back we will also stay at this hotel

The owner, Tommy, makes it a very special, welcoming place to stay near the airport! Clean, close to airport, large rooms, good shower. It is on the busy highway so woukd reccomend a room in back, although he says double pane windows coming soon. I didn't have breakfast but night before when delivery couldn't come, Tommy personally brought dinner to my room. The room had good amenities and the offers from frig were great price. His front desk staff very friendly and helpful as well as the gentleman who took me to airport next morning. Tommy even arranged to give me tea that he serves that I love. I'll stay again and again... Tommy is best host!

Although I wasn't bothered so much , my lovely room at the front was a bit noisy. He informs he's in the process of getting double pane glass that will certainly help.
