Easy access to early morning international flight, do note terminal two is for departure and terminal 1 is far away. We had to pay extra to stay in terminal 2 pods. Could be more clear on booking.com

Had to pay extra to stay in terminal 2 even though there was no clear distinction between the two.

The lady working the reception was very polite and helpful. We were able to check in smoothly at 2 am after a late flight and it was just what we needed to catch some sleep while we waited for a friend who was arriving 6 hours after us. There's no frills but it's perfect for a short stay when all you want is somewhere to sleep.

The only downside was that the pods themselves don't have bathroom facilities, for that you had to walk a couple of minutes down the hall to find them, and they weren't exactly well maintained or particularly clean. I feel this lack of maintenance is a fault of the airport itself rather than the pod management though.

Easy to find, book and check in. Staff were really helpful. Complimentary items in the pod. Well priced.

The pod is extremely small - barely room for you and a suitcase - also because of the size they are extremely warm - there is AC in each pod but it's so noisy its difficult to actually sleep. Also no bathroom facilities directly near the pod was a bit of an issue.

Staff are very helpful, can watch YouTube in the pod and use WiFi. Free shuttle bus between international terminal and domestic terminal where the pods are located, so no need to change money for taxis etc to go to a regular hotel. It's my second visit and I use it because of convenience.

There is no shower facilities, and the nearest toilet is quite a long walk. I pre prepared by taking a pack of wet wipes, but be aware of this. The Aircon is effective but a little bit noisy. The smart TV controls are all in Vietnamese so it takes a little bit of time to figure out how to watch YouTube. Overall it's still a good convenient option for a stop over however.

The location is amazing if you need to be at the airport at some crazy hour. The staff is very friendly and helpful and there is everything you may need in the pod for a night of sleep.

Unfortunately the pods are not that well ventilated, it gets vert warm and stuffy inside so you need to sleep with AC on and a fan. There is no shower at the location so its something to look out for and plan accordingly. The upper bed is hard as piece of wood, but some people like it, so its just a remark.

The check in staff was awesome and accommodating and had orientation of pod including additional info like discounts at restaurants nearby ;where the washroom facilities were and asked if any additional info or questions were needed don’t hesitate to ask . NGO Thi Xuyen was very pleasant and she showed passion in her job . Offered assistance with making things an easy check in and check out process 🙃l.

The location can't be beat. It's on a quiet floor with rooms that are soundproof. There's air conditioning, a fan, and a comfortable bed. It's a pod so it's small but it's cozy with excellent wifi. The staff are super friendly and helpful. They offer you a coupon to eat at one of the branded airport restaurants, which is great.

Do be aware that there are no showers available for your room price. There are public washrooms on the floor about three minutes away. As the floor is not widely used, it's a very quiet washroom but still, no showers.

Excellent solution when you arrive late at Hanoi Airport and need to catch your flight/bus connection early next day! Convenient bed and multimedia system. Friendly staff!

- Bit far to walk to nearest toilet at the airport. - No shower available. - Be keen to book at right location! Hanoi Airport has 2 terminals (and hotel has presence at both of them). Terminal 1 for Domestic flights and Terminal 2 for international flights. We arrived at T2 and needed to depart early by bus from T2 but accidentally booked this hotel at T1. There is a free shuttle bus but it costed us some time to find bus stop location and bus does not run 24/7.

It has everthing you need. Accept bathroom, must use the airports bathroom. But it's near POD. Very clean, modern and very convenient. The lady working at reception is so very helpful and friendly. I will most definitely recommend the POD if you have a long overstay

It is clean, convenient, comfortable, quiet. I had a 6.25 am domestic flight and could wake up at 5 am and have plenty of time to check in and check my bag -- checkin is 1 floor down.

I didn't realize there's no way to shower. The only airport showers are in lounges past security that require special status. Not the fault of VATC, they don't claim to have shower, but just stg to be aware of.
