What can I say, I'm very happy for finding this place. Me and my family are walking persons and this Hotel is very well located for this. We walked to Golden Gate during a sunny morning, it was great, we returned by bus (28), which stops right in front of the Hotel. Same bus takes you to Fisherman's Wharf, but we also went there by walking. Room was clean and very well maintained. Beds were fine, we had a good sleep. Room included multiple features like hair drier, an iron and ironing table. Microwave and refrigerator. A/C worked fine for both, cooling and heating. Bathroom was very comfortable and spacious. There are multiple places to eat near the Hotel, and there is also a walking distance Safeway supermarket in case other products are needed. Morning/afternoon Front Desk person was great, we felt very well attended by her. If we plan to go back to SF some day, for sure this will be our first option to stay at.

This is not related to the Hotel 100%, but on our first night there the person staying in the room above us was very loud. Not sure if the structure of the building could have avoided this if built different, but clearly this guest was not behaving properly. But anyways, we reached out to the front desk when we were going out for a walk and she switched us to a different room and problem solved for Us. As mentioned above, front desk person was very helpful.

This is an incredible value for a stay in this location - one of the best and most affluent neighborhoods in SF, walking distance from the Marina, Palace of Fine Arts, and Golden Gate. I was utterly surprised that it was at all possible to find something in this price range in that location. This is probably one of the most expensive neighborhoods in San Francisco. And on top of it, parking is included. The accommodation itself is decent - it is a typical motel (a piece of Americana for our dear international guests), but it has everything I needed and was clean enough. Not immaculate, but perfectly acceptable. I would much rather get middle of the road quality than not be able to afford it. I saw some other comments about the staff on here - the front desk was absolutely wonderful to me and I spoke to three different shifts. They were really friendly and welcoming. I had an issue with a light bulb in my room and they fixed it immediately and were really nice about it.

Honestly, for this price in this location with parking, I can't complain. But just a note for those who rely on hotel WiFi - it got slow a few times, so I had to switch to using my phone. Also for foreign travelers - the only window in the room opens up into the courtyard where other guests can walk by your window - that's typical for the US motels, so you don't get surprised about that.

The staff was amazing. The previous night at a different location, we were put right on Lombard with a window facing Lombard and it was so noisy all night and early morning that we couldn’t sleep. They wouldn’t move us to a different room. The guys here were super accommodating and put us in room 120 I believe. It was so nice and quiet. Thanks guys! They also gave me ideas on where we could go within walking distance for food which was appreciated. I appreciate your excellent service so much! The room was clean. The shower was nice too. The beds were comfy for us. The location was just right for us. The lit parking was just what we needed.

For us girls, we need hair conditioner. There was lotion, hand soap, body soap, and shampoo, but no conditioner. Our room only had one face wash towel. Please provide at least 2 in every room.

It is well situated on the Lombard street. Apartment for 6 is on the third floor, so it has a slightly better view than the second floor. But there's no elevator (which was fine with us, just so you know :))

The apartment for 6 people has only one drawback. The bathroom is in a room for two, so people from the next room from 4 have to walk across it. I would recommend for groups of the same size, that they would be better off booking a separate rooms for 2 and 4.

The room was great. Our kids loved it and we loved having a separate sleeping area from our kids. It was clean and more spacious than I had anticipated. The check in was easy and the staff was friendly and helpful.

Overall we felt like we lucked out on parking because they weren't full while we were there. I probably would have been less than impressed if it had been full and we were unable to park near our room. Parking is not gated and is tight to get in and out of. The neighborhood was decent but on our last day, we watched an altercation near the gas station a block away that was vicious and terrifying for our children. Obviously, this is not the motel's fault, I'm pretty sure this is the norm in San Fran now, however, I would have felt better about a gated parking situation.

It was so great that they could accommodate an early check-in since we drove our own vehicle as that made it where we could park and walk around to get to know the area before it got too late without paying for parking and also getting ourselves situated for our evening. Friendly staff, very clean room!!

The only thing I would change would be the bed, the mattress needs a little updating but still got good rest. The small fridge ended up freezing the fruit we had in the fridge area but didn't freeze our ice packs that were in the freezer.

The motel is in a great location, close to the marina and the Palace of Fine Arts. There are a lot of restaurants near by and the free parking makes it a great deal. The room was simple and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We were able to check in a little early.

The room had a few problems...some of the trim in the bathroom was falling a part and there were some mildew stains on the ceiling, but everything else was clean. This is not a five star hotel, so you can't expect perfection but it is clean and a great deal.

Location is convenient, close to our family member's home and lots of restaurants to choose. The room was small but clean and appeared newly remodeled, very clean. Although we didn't use parking this time, the hotel has parking spaces next to rooms.

Small space especially if two person want to work at the same time.

Location was fantastic. So close to so many good places to eat and a 15 min walk to Crissy Field. The bed was very comfortable, everything was clean. Fridge, microwave, coffee machine. We stayed 4 nights and were really happy with our choice.

Yes, the parking was tight, but fine. There was some noise from other patrons who came back late. Please be considerate of other people and keep your voices down when you return at 1 in the morning. Bring earplugs just in case. Some road noise, but you'd expect that.

Soft bed, room has a refrigerator and a microwave, helpful and accommodating staff members who are attentive.

Area smells like garbage outside, bed is squeaky and loud (only if used for 😉 purposes), parking is narrow so might be difficult to park but lucky I didnmt use my car when it’s packed with vehicles, old furniture and dull colors for the bed, an update won’t hurt. If you’re just sleeping, it’s fine. Sink is outside cos of the lack of bathroom space.
