It was quiet. Was very well laid out. Had a full kitchen if we wanted to cook. Decent sized room.

Parking was very little compared to the amount of rooms the hotel has. No covered area for the smokers. Had to have keyed access to even get in building, not really good when you have food delivered. Also, the coffee pot was not cleaned when the room was cleaned obviously, still had coffee in it and coffee spilled on counter. The sanitizing wipes in bathroom that were provided were expired in 2022. The smell in the hallway after someone cooked cabbage.

My family & I didn’t attend breakfast however, location was great. We were attending FAMU graduation ceremony. Wonderful stay, great service & location. Thank you!

I booked 2/2 Bedroom suites in October, that was cancelled because the credit card use was to Reserve room. I was not informed that Cards would be processed. Funds were not able for use & rooms were Canceled. I wasn’t informed of the cancellation, until I called two days before my family & I were to arrive. Could only get 3 Studios room, that was a Big inconvenience. No email or phone call!!

Very nice, convenient location, comfortable accommodations. It was our first time at a TownePlace Suites, but we will seek them out in future travels. It is also great that they are pet-friendly.

The mattress was a bit soft.

the sign that was on the property was difficult to see because of all the trees, sometimes I drove past not realizing that I had passed the entrance only to have to turn around and go back.

Beautiful property, quiet, clean, the beds feel like you're sleeping on clouds, and breakfast is hot, delicious, and free. The staff is friendly and eager to make your stay pleasant and comfortable.

I loved having 2 rooms, a sitting area, and a kitchen. Was spacious for my 3 children and me. Very clean and comfortable

While our stay was great we didn't really like the fact that the wifi wasn't very stable. It kept going in and out at times but it wasn't terrible. And the water in the shower could've stayed hotter longer. Other than that it was a great experience

My husband really enjoyed the breakfast. The location was close to where we were visiting.

The air conditioner was confusing to us (we are old people). We did not see the thermostat on the wall, so we had to ask about it. The phone was not working, so we had to go to the front desk for assistance.

location, rooms, security with all the buildings having locks only those with reservation can open, convenient distance to the school, we went for family graduation ceremony

nothing really, the included breakfast could be better, but it was decent

I was very surprised at how well this space accomodated all my needs. I could have stayed her for an extended period of time and had plenty of storage and living space. Very comfortable.

very modern, spacious and clean

We only had 2 forks for 5 people, plates, glasses, cutlery etc were missing. The bathroom was extremely small and the carpet could do with being changed to the same flooring as the bathroom and entrance.
