I loved how clean and nice the property was. When you’re driving down the road, this resort was in my opinion the nicest looking one. The staff checks in via text which I appreciate and check out was through text messaging which was really nice as I left super early.

The only con which is why I’m giving it a 9/10 is there was no safe in the room. I’ve never stayed at a resort or hotel before that didn’t have one in the room. Traveling solo it was a little frustrating to lug all my valuables down to the beach because I didn’t want to leave it in the room laying around.

We have stayed here a couple of times - once in a double king with a bay view and once in a single king with a parking lot view. Both views were our choice. Both rooms were very comfortable, We stayed in the winter and the prices were phenomenal -- less than $80.00 total per night for spacious, comfortable rooms. The bay view 'can't be beat' even in the winter. We were there during a snow storm and enjoyed watching ice balls forming in the waves on the bay. Even though we had a balcony, the room stayed toasty warm - no drafts. The single king room was huge -- it even had a large seating area with two comfortable chairs and a very large ottoman. The rooms were clean -- the entire resort is clean, and the bedding is very nice. I travel with my own pillow, but my husband said his were great. Each unit comes with microwave, mini-coffeemaker, refrigerator and a large tv. In the resort, there is a large work-out room and a small kitchen area with complimentary coffee, tea, and cocoa, plus ice cream for sale. They serve a mini-breakfast-in-a-box to your room. For a quick start to the day, it was plenty. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. A relevant fact for the summer, is that the resort is right on the bay with its own beach area.

The staff was very friendly, the location was great. There was everything you could need right at the hotel. Awesome room, bathroom and the views were great. We loved staying here for the most part.

The breakfast options are not good. That was disappointing. They need to spread guests out more through out the facility. We had people above us that stomped around constantly and work us up quite frequently. There was also a constant beeping that sounded like it was right outside our room that was going off Throughout the night that was very irritating. It sounded as if someone was unlocking their door every few seconds. Also the hallways and elevators smelled of marijuana quite often which isn't pleasant.

Staff was so friendly and helpful. This place was constantly being cleaned and shined! Our room was wonderful, very clean and so comfortable. Bathroom was very nice, shower was so nice, great towels. We were very happy with everything in this hotel.

We only had ONE complaint during our 4 night stay here and that was the horrible beach chairs and lounges. We actually could not even lay on them even with multiple beach towels piled on. They are cheap, hard, horrible pieces of plastic. We noticed on our walk down the beach that numerous resorts have these same awful chairs, they must have had a great salesperson! PLEASE, I beg of you, replace these horrible things. Your beach is spectacular, the views are astounding, we were blessed with the most awesome, warm weather but could hardly stand to attempt to sit on these torture chairs!!

Room was very nice and clean. We had a balcony on the Bay side which was very nice. If I had any complaints, it would be availability of any other amenities. We had to walk to the other building for coffee. Ice was on the first floor and we were on the 4th. Had to ask at the desk where it was as there was no info in the room. Requested no housekeeping service our first night but did request coffee pods and cups which we never got. Room was a little noisy. More than some hotels. You had to order a sack breakfast which was fair. Otherwise, good location for us. Very clean and new which was important to us.

My 1st Born Twin Chandler and I love this property. The rooms, view, staff, management, etc. However, it is pricier than the other resorts. Unfortunately, there is no indoor pool and/or jacuzzi. So when it is chilly or raining 🌧 like it was in June. There is nothing to do except eat. The free coffee ☕️ in a private area is amazing. The beach ⛱️, lawn chair, etc. are very well kept. The maid service and front desk staff go above and beyond. I recently had shoulder surgery and have a torn rotator cuffs on both shoulders; left shoulder repaired but, still painfull. They housekeeping staff put my bags on the concierge cart for me. The manager put all my luggage 🧳 in my car for me.

They should have a indoor pool and jacuzzi at the property for chilly and rainy 🌧 days. I love the box breakfast. But, every morning my son had to go to the lobby to get apple 🍎 juice because they didn't read the paper menu. They should have bananas 🍌, 🍇, watermelon 🍉, etc. Cereal

Newer facilities with updated room and bathroom. Was clean and nicely decorated. We had an awesome view of the lake with a balcony that had two chairs and a table. We opened up the siding glass door to hear the waves. It was so relaxing and when the sun went down the sky and lake view was beautiful!

The voucher for breakfast was rather cheesy. I see they have room where the coffee machine is at and a dining area to eat but I would have paid more for a better breakfast than a sausage breakfast sandwich or cold cereal and juice.

The overnight desk clerk was moderately rude (asked for a plastic fork which she said was available) and when I went down stairs to get it she told me to "go get a spoon from the bin on the ice cream freezer. " I had requested a fork as the delivery meal I had delivered did not bring plastic ware. A spoon did not serve the purpose so I threw my dinner in the garbage. Not having a designated smoking area. Therefore I decided I would not ask for any further assistance for her as I did not pay for someone to be rude, lazy and impersonal. It was not like she was busy, just sitting there doing nothing.

I loved grabbing a coffee in the lobby and walking out the back door to the beach. There were plenty of chairs and the beach was very clean. My room was large with a jacuzzi tub in it. To me unnecessary, but I'm sure many would use it.

It was a little far from downtown, which wasn't all bad since the traffic was much less. Otherwise there was nothing to not like. There is no breakfast room, but you can place your order the evening before. There were five choices. Unfortunately, mine never arrived.

My husband experienced a tooth infection the first night we stayed. I explained to the employee at the front desk we were in an emergency situation and he was in extreme pain and said we would not be able to stay our other 2 nights. I then asked if we could recieve any refund for those nights we would not stay. He said no. Wouldn't contact a manager or anything. I was very disappointed that he would not even consider talking to a manager about our situation and our need to get back home.
