The staffs are very friendly to help amd support whenever we need. The room are spacious and facilities are good

The hotel need to restrict and set up security cameras to find out who smoked canabis in the hotel. The morning we checked out, the whole areas near the elevator had full smell of canabis.It was not good for my family ehen I brought my kid to travel with me at that time. I told the hotel and they reacted immediatelly to check. They were very responsible, I dif not conplain about their responsibility but I just wanted them to have more warnings/security cameras to prevent that kind of bad

The room was fine. The beds were comfortable, and the room size is more than enough for us as a small family. The bathroom is also so big, and comfortable as well. The best thing about breakfast was the eggs and the coffee. The check-in and check-out process was so simple, and the staff were more than friendly. One of them even gifted my son a toy.

Breakfast was limited somehow. The only meat was sausage, which probably had pork in it. We are muslim, and we can't eat pork. They should at least label it that it has pork. Also, the only sauce available to add to the waffles was only the maple syrup. These are small things, but just made the breakfast non-enjoyable to me.

We were able to check in early. The room was clean. Check in staff was friendly.

Breakfast was not that great. Poor variety of items available. The hot items were adequate but the potatoes were not done well. The staff member that was putting out breakfast was talking on the phone loudly, like he was not happy and did not say one word to us. We were one of the first people down for breakfast. Wanted a waffle and tried to make one. I did not realize the waffle iron was not on. After I turned it on we got part of a waffle but it took a long time.

Close to the airport and free parking. Staff was quick to help with anything and free breakfast was good. Fridge and microwave and cable tv in the room. Was fairly clean - saw no dirt, bugs, hair, or none of the stuff other people mentioned in my room.

Toilet was leaking in the room. Shower curtain doesn’t stop water from going on the floor. Had a pool but could see through the ground floor window that the pool room is being used as storage and not open to customers. Parking lot gets full quickly and is very cramped. Was more of a problem on weekends and emptied out during the week. Parking lot was flooded which isn’t the hotels fault but didn’t drain until next day and made sidewalks and raised curbs hard to see

Easy check in and out.

Parking was hard to navigate due to not enough parking spots. Also the doors need to be updated because our door didn’t feel securely locked due to being old and outdated. Also it says there is a pool on the website but when we got there they didn’t have one anymore

Rooms were spacious clean and very close by to the airport. The airport shuttle is a gold coin for all the guests in the hotel. Amazing staff specially Art , Eric , and all the staff whom i contacted and not mentioned the names. Breakfast was good too. Amazing stay overall.

My room was clean, comfortable, and just as I requested. It was conveniently located near many dining options and close to my job location. The staff was professional and friendly, knowledgeable about the area, and willing to converse and answer my questions.

Needed a larger parking area.

I visit Chciago for business, and Best Western offers everything I need. The staff are friendly yet professional, facilities clean and all in good working order. Very efficient and tasty breakfast. This is my go to hotel to book when I visit Chicago.

The staff greeted us nicely and was helpful. We only stayed for a couple of hours sice we had an early flight.

It could be a bit cleaner, I walked around the room in socks (white) before bed, by the time I took them off they were almost black.

Well maintained and clean even though it shows it’s age. All of the staff obviously want everything to be pristine. I’ve been in supposedly nicer hotels that weren’t maintained and it made them feel gross. This hotel shows how nice an old hotel can feel if it’s maintained well.
