The staff were the best part of the hotel. So sweet and willing to help me with whatever I needed. I am disabled and used a scooter. I did not have to lift a finger. The food is AMAZING, especially at the bar. It is a lowkey hotel that has a Denny's next door and other affordable good options. I never had to leave the hotel. This hotel exceeded my expectations, & I would stay there again. The convention center in Rosemont is right across the street. I want to check out some events in the future.

If I had to pick one thing that I did not like, it would be that there were not microwaves in the rooms. So, I had to go to the main level and use the public ones.

very good position for airport, for Blue line and for the Rosemont mall. Staff super kind, car parking always available and free. Good also the restaurant where there are few main to choose but very good and well prepared. I loved the free shuttle service for the airport. The convention center is on the other road side, 50 meters. Room was big enogh and bed was comfortable..

The road for the blue line station is practically an highway, not the best walk in my life, but the situation is the same for all the rosemont hotels.

Room very good. I love that has a fridge on it and the coffee machine. I love the swimming pool.

I found 3 days too much to have the room cleaned. I would change every 2 days. The only thing that I didn't like is that bar has disappear like it was in the afternoon and the restaurant works few hours (before the covid was better). Since I was there 8 years ago, I found that the room didn't change at all but stays at the same conditions No control in the swimming pool, when there is a group of child since they are playing with toys or other things (plastic cubs, etc) so it can be dangerous for the rest that wants to swim a little.

Everyone at the property was friendly and professional. My flight arrived late, so there were no options for food but the front desk gave me some suggestions via DoorDash. Room was clean and comfortable and conveniently located next to the outlet mall for any things I may have needed. Breakfast and dinner restaurants attatched were also lovely and provided plenty of options.

It's a little disappointed that there was no jacuzzi where the pool was located and that the property was not as upscale as the one next door, which had rooms available for the same price.

A very efficient and pleasant man on reception to check me in. Airport shuttle was excellent, with pleasant and obliging shuttle drivers. Bar staff were also pleasant and efficient Close to the Blue line train to central Chicago.

After spending a day in Chicago, I returned at 5:30pm to find my room had not serviced and cleaned. This is very annoying. It is then the hassle of having to then have it cleaned. The correct signage was on the outside door knob.

The bed, the pillows, the bedding was so comfortable! The room was quiet and withe curtains pulled shut nice and dark. We slept great.

There was only one hourly shuttle from O'Hare, and we missed one by less than a few minutes. We couldn't book a ride in advance. The recorded message from the hotel about where to find the shuttle was very confusing, especially if you arrived on an international flight. The long wait, watching other hotel shuttles pass multiple times, putting up with the engine exhaust and noise, smokers, etc. was very difficult after almost 20 solid hours of travel. SCHEDULE MORE SHUTTLES MORE OFTEN or you will lose customers. We will NOT book Crowne Plaza again because of this experience. Also, the price was at least 50% higher than it should have been for a hotel that was nothing special.

The room was nice, the free shuttle was great! The proximity to the blue line to downtown was only 15 minutes walk. The shopping mall was just around the corner, as was a park Best part, and I have never said this about a hotel, was how amazing the staff was. They were super knowledgeable, sweet and accommodating even when I asked if I could check out late due to a remote work meeting ending at 2:30 pm

Hmm..I guess they didn't clean every day but that has become the norm

I loved the location and the free shuttle bus to the airport at such regular timings. I also loved being within walking distance of the outlet malls and some great restaurants. I loved the flexibility of a later checkout.

Being able to book a late check out the day before and not the morning it was needed. It would have been nice to have had some gluten free options available at breakfast.

The rooms were spacious, served by multiple elevators, so no waiting, swimming pool/gym was a bonus, the hotel was quite large, which gave a sense of grandure, and the location was handy - close to a large mall, as well as the airport.

Breakfast was odd, served in what felt like tin foil dog bowls, all seemed a bit rushed and as though it's not really something the hotel wanted to cater for. Free shuttle bus from the airport to the hotel was every hour, so arrival for pick up at quarter past the hour, meant a 20 minute wait, until we found out it was every hour, then got a taxi.

Fashion outlet mall just across the street! Buffet had tons of fresh fruits, watermelon superb!

Please check tub in #1428… drainage was poor. Otherwise, beds comfy and clean, room lots of outlets for recharging devices… Kudos to JENNIFER at desk, very pleasant and helpful! Shuttle service super, on the hour and half hour… efficient and clean!
