Very comfortable room with a great bathroom - really enjoyed the rain shower. Pressure and temperature were both really good. Nice huge mirror and adequate lighting in the bathroom too. The bed was comfortable and spacious. The location although a little far from the CBD, had a Westfield mall just across the road so very handy indeed. The hotel is also only a few minutes walk to the train station and about 30mins by train to the city. Airport is just a 20 minute or so drive away. The parking was $20 a night but in a safe carpark, so it was worth it. Staff at reception were all very friendly. All in all a great stay.
Overall it was clean but the details would've made it better: The kettle had obviously not been cleaned in a long time, if ever. It was covered with dust and the spout had caked on yellow grime of some sort. The cups, etc also did not look very clean. The carpet could've done with a more thorough vacuum. The people in the unit next door had an annoying habit of talking loudly early in the morning - not the hotel's fault, but a shame that it was so audible. The lighting was a little weird, it was pitch black when we opened the door and you had to walk quite a way in to activate the sensor - not the most welcoming feeling but once you get used to it's no biggie. There was no lighting above the little coffee table which made packing at nighttime a bit inconvenient.

The location being next to Westfield and Hurstville station was perfect. Room was surprisingly modern and very comfortable.
Lacking signage into parking. I drove into the underground car park and without any obvious signage, parked on B1 and took the lifts where I ended up in a completely different building and could not return to the car park via the lift as you needed a swipe. Had to go out and find the entrance to the hotel and staff were very polite and professional to explain the confusing arrangement of the car park where you had to park on B2 or B3.

I was not well prior to staying at the hotel , picked up a stomach bug on the flight over to Sydney. I became very ill from Food poisoning on the plane unfortunately ended up in Hospital and the manager at the hotel did everything to make sure we were looked after. They were absolutely wonderful. They allowed us to stay longer in the hotel and arranged everything for us to be comfortable until I got better Thank You so much from the bottom of my heart Patricia Green from Perth WA
Nothing The staff were obliging and very helpful and no complaints only praise

I find this accommodation very comfortable, I have had a variety of rooms and particularly enjoyed the larger rooms, as I might spend time on my own and that gives me room to move around, and relax. The bathroom still in good condition since the renovations are newish.
I think for the price it is possibly the best place to stay locally, I noticed that another place was above a pub, that didn't feel as nice to walk into, plus, the Staff seem helpful. Unfortunately, the parking costs make it hard to take the car, but, I respect that it is a city and cars cost more to garage. I left my car with my family, so I didn't have that added expense. The train is excellent into the city, so that too is a bonus, and the shops are all near.

The room was nice and cozy, with a comfortable bed and pillows. All the necessary amenities were provided, including a convenient coffee pod machine.
The cleanliness of the hotel was mediocre. Each day, something was missing—either coffee pods, towels, or linens. The sink was clogged, and we had to unclog it ourselves. Upon arrival, we found bread crumbs in the bed. The upholstery chair was so dirty it had changed color, and the carpet was full of hair, indicating it hadn't been vacuumed in a long time. However, the reception staff was always supportive and available to help.

We stay here twice a year to visit our son and his family The location is perfect. It’s very central to everything. The staff are lovely. And we always enjoy our stay.
For the first time our room wasn’t so clean There was blonde hair in the little tray that holds the face washers as well as dust. We also only had a small amount of toilet paper! The bottom shelf of the bench under the tv was thick with dust. But it didn’t spoilt our week and we will stay again next year.

Cleaning was exceptional. Bed made perfectly. Location next to Westfield was very convenient.
I was woken up by a fire alarm at 6am when I was in Sydney for night time activities. An hour passed before the all clear but I wasn't able to get back to sleep due to light under blackout curtains. Downstairs cafe was regularly unattended late morning meaning I had to detour to start the day multiple times. Rooms were functional but small with no microwave. Chromecast was OK for Netflix but YouTube would hang. Parking is $20 a night but Westfield parking was free in the evening and for short periods. Carpark was also having issues the first night (gate stuck open) but I was charged for that night when I paid in advance (while other carpark users weren't) so do not recommend this. If it wasn't for the 5 star quality of the housekeeping staff, this would've been a 6/10 review.

We are return visitors to the property and are hoping to return again (monthly for the next 8 months). We returned because our previous stay went so well. Located within 5 minutes drive of our event, part of a social club so entertainment facilities are right there, Westfield shopping across the road, train station less than 2 minute walk, loads of restaurants nearby, very quiet, clean (for the most part), and the beds are FABULOUS! The staff are courteous and very helpful. Parking on site is a huge bonus.
Considering the number of times that the rooms are cleaned per week, I was a bit put off by the scum and mould in the otherwise fantastic shower area. Also extremely put out that our stay cost us more than triple that of our previous stay due to high demand (understandably, Taylor Swift was performing in Sydney and they had previously been sold out but I got a room after someone else cancelled) making our trip a very expensive exercise. We wont be returning next month if the rates remain high.

Very clean and comfortable room with easy to use facilities including great AC. Onsite parking, club and event facilities were all fantastic. Staff friendly and helpful. Small cafe with barista in lobby also very convenient. Rooftop bar and dining was lovely.
Elevator access to Club Central and Southern Sydney Event Centre. It was possible to use the elevator to return to hotel room but not the other way around and had to venture outdoors to the cold weather to attend club and function.
