Very nice Best Western! Our flight arrived late to Treviso airport and our car rental agency was closed, so we had to find a hotel for the night. This was close and had good ratings. I was surprised to find such a nice hotel as a Best Western. (In the US, Best Westerns are not that good.) But this was very nice and more luxurious than I expected. It appears to host a lot of business travelers, and there was a conference going on in the morning. Everything was clean and the beds super comfortable. Friendly front desk staff. We had a late dinner in the restaurant and the food was very good.

Nothing in particular. It was truly a very pleasant experience. I don't have anything negative to report about my stay at the hotel. It was the first time and I really appreciated everything.

everything is as it should be, from the staff, the cleanliness, the location of the hotel (at least for me) to the comfort of apartment.

The TV does not have the ability to play media from USB... it's frustrating every time….. this does not apply to the movie suite where this is possible

It was clear, rooms were very nice with big and comfortable beds. The receptionists were very helpful.

It is a little bit outside the town, although we were informed about this, we expect the restaurant and coffee bar in the hotel to work for late lunch or a coffee with snack, but they open from 7.30 pm. There is just one small restaurant (prosuteria) nearby and no other places to eat.

The hotel is very modern, well furnished and clean. A very good business-class hotel. For us also the location was great as we had to take and early flight from the Treviso airport. The staff at the reception was very professional and helpful.

There was not actually anything not to like. But our visit was also very short, so we could not try the breakfast nor the spa facilities. That was a pity of course. Would definitely stay again in the future.

Great facilities, large room, excellent reception staff.

Location wasn’t great for our purposes, but was a last minute booking due to our accommodation in Venice letting us down, so was quite far from where we needed to be. The property appears to be more geared for business travellers, so not likely an issue for its intended customer.

We stayed for 1 night before our trip to Florence the next day so we did not have the chance to experience everything the hotel had to offer. We were very happy with the room, the size, size of bed which was very comfortable, the bathroom. The room was spacious and very clean. The hotel is very close to the Treviso airport which was what we were aiming for but other than that it didn't seem that there is much going on in that area.

The taxi fare was around €17 for a less than 10 minutes drive in an empty street, it was after 10pm

Very friendly and caring reception staff! I had a problem, I forgot my jacket in the bar, but the next day, the reception staff did everything to find my jacket and return it to me. Thank you very much for caring about customers!

The size of the room was fine, and parking was available.

Breakfast was quite poor for a such size hotel, and settings of the room temperature were complicated, or not operatable.

Room very good, large and clean. Breakfast nice and lots of choice. Staff friendly and helpful. Facilities are good - wi-fi fast. Location good for Treviso.

Waiting time for taxi's was quite slow but this may be a post pandemic issue as it was no problem a few years ago. Small point but having to wait for a coffee in the morning at the breakfast bar is a little painful - maybe a pot of coffee would be possible for us Americano drinkers?
