We loved the water slide and pool area though it was a bit dark. The breakfast was excellent with good variety of both hot and cold items. The room was comfortable and well appointed. All staff that I interacted with were very friendly and efficient.

Very small details: the pool are was a bit dark for our liking. When we arrived at breakfast, the staff member was attending to something else so things ran out. As soon as she was back, she replaced the items and it was all good, but for a period of maybe 10 minutes the pancake maker and the potatoes were out and there was no one to ask for more. Also it is worth noting that if you have more than 2 devices that you want to connect to wifi, you need to let the front desk know at check in…I needed to call the front desk and they increased the limit of my devices, but I then had to reconnect 2 kids iPads after they were already playing games.

The room itself was amazing. The bed was the best I have ever slept in, the pillows were also terrific. I will stay again just for the restful sleep, the best nights sleep I can remember.

I have sensory issues and there was a little too much going on for me outside of the room. There were a lot of families having a great time so I assume the social / communal aspects of the hotel will be a bonus for them.

Location was like heaven, we just looking room around the city, visited other locations also but didn't get any as everything is booked, saw this on Google and just book it as we are sacred to loss this rooms also. On way we are not that excited as we are tired of travelling but as soon as we reach the hotel it's so calm, we saw swimming pool and get so excited to use it. And that night was so peaceful. Also we requested to check out at 12 as we are so tired of travelling and staff allowed it. This place is now in my list to stay in whenever we are in the city.

The room (108) was clean and well-appointed, steps from the pool and treadmill room. Breakfast was amazing for a complimentary hotel breakfast. Bed was very comfortable. Staff acted quickly to stop kids running in the hall. Close to the freeway but no traffic noise in room. Close to multitude of stores and restaurants.

Could hear doors closing often, not the greatest when traveling with a dog. The pool was 3-4 ft, but it was good for kids. Hot tub could be larger, considering the pool was shallow for adults.

Upon check in, the lady at the front desk was nice, friendly and very accomodating. Transaction was quick and easy. Same with the gentleman that helped us during check out as well. Room was good, we like the long counter/table, helped us to avoid any clutter because of the spacious countertop. Bed was good. Pool is a good addition and the kids enjoyed it very much. Very good breakfast, from the pancake maker to the hot food selection. Location was accesible to many restaurant, and grocery store too.

Wifi was very spotty, almost not connecting, we end up just using our data. Pillows was way too soft for our liking. Our fridge was not cooling, some of our left over food went bad.

It was the basic hotel. Nothing exceptional however having a kitchenette was a great feature.

If you arrive early and want to check in, there is a $25 fee even if your room is available. It’s ready! You’re already paying for it. What is the purpose of the extra fee?

The breakfast was my favourite part. I fell in love with the pancake machine. Additionally, there are different styles of eggs and potatoes on different days. Chad at the front door was great, definitely a warm welcoming to the hotel. The waterside is really fun. It is short but fast, so we went on it many times. The pool water is warm and it makes it so much more fun to squeeze multiple swims in throughout the day.

Our first room had a half smooshed bug on the wall that was very obvious and gross. It makes the housekeeping staff seem poor but it is understandable things are missed some times.

We enjoyed the family friendly atmosphere and pool facilities. The breakfast was simple and tasty. The staff was friendly and the rooms were very spacious and had lots of amenities. It was nice having such a large room for the price!

The breakfast seating was cramped and full. Some parts of the hotel and room were not very clean.

The room had space and the pool and hot tub were good. We liked the location because it was close to a variety of stores and amenities we needed while travelling by car. This included being in a residential area where we could have a pleasant walk on trails in parks after a long day in the car.

There was nothing significant to complain about. We have good memories of the hotel.

Room cleanliness. Happy I could have my pets with me.

The swimming pool that day was overwhelming with the strong smell of chlorine. The staff had to open the doors to eliminate the smell. My son and wife skin had a rash after the pool, and they had to shower for longer than usual. Most of the swimmers were complaining about this.
