The location, staff, and food were incredible. Very tasty breakfast and dinner always served with a smile. Very close to the beach and the main street with shops and restaurants. We had a nice surprise at our room for our anniversary. It was great.

I will say only that the hotel should provide pool towels and the safe in the room without charges. Special if it is not high season.

location is fantastic, beautiful pool area with no shortage of sun beds. rooms are spacious and clean. breakfast buffet is fabulous-loads of options! staff throughout the hotel were friendly and helpful.

It’s was assuring to see the Manager daily walking around making sure everything was perfect for the hotel guests. The staff were lovely. I run my own property rental business so I have very high expectations, this hotel is managed amazingly. Thank you

One of the female singers on Thursday was absolutely awful ( I used to sing professionally) also sang the songs from the previous nights Brono Mars, ABBA

My second time staying here and had a fabulous time again.

The only negative was guests queuing for the pool to open in the morning to reserve sunbeds.

The welcome on arrival was 10/10 Cleaning staff excellent. Waiters in dining room were not all pleasant. There were some exceptions ..On leaving the receptionist was uninterested in how we enjoyed our stay or would we return She entered into no conversation what so ever even though there was no one else waiting. We checked out about 8.20 am

Location, very tidy hotel, food good, could do with a little more choice for vegetarians.

Couldn't have an omelette at breakfast as the chef's use the same hot plate for cooking meat, not good for vegetarians. Ice cream scoops worn risk of flaking into ice cream.

phenomenal 5* breakfast, one of the best in a long time - so many options, fresh fruit, eggs, etc.; always easy to find a spot poolside and never felt crowded. nice and calm. pool bar food was nice too (chicken wrap was excellent)! location was great with just a short walk into town and to the beach, yet still nice and quiet in the evenings. overall, it was a good value and felt like the perfect escape.

the evening entertainment was quite loud and wasn’t very cozy. we didn’t enjoy this part but we were glad our room was further away so we weren’t bothered by it. room service pizza was very poor quality, would not recommend this but we were exhausted from travel and hungry. just a minor note that the beds were 2 separate beds and they would constantly separate so someone was falling into the gap regularly.
