We loved our week long stay here and can’t recommend it enough! Visited in December-January, it felt very surreal sunbathing in hot weather and enjoying the pool on New Year’s Day! Very happy with our room; huge bed, great bathroom with relaxing shower and two sinks, and lovely to have a balcony to sit and drink our coffee every day. We didn’t request a specific view so the balcony looked out onto the backs of other apartments but it was quiet and that was most important to us. You could see Lobos Island & the sea from there and we got a good view of fireworks in the town on NYE. The pool area was perfect. Sunbeds were plentiful and the pool was big enough to swim lengths (as well as enjoy its various features!), all with the sun shining directly above us. There was music played by the pool but we found it pretty relaxing, nothing loud or obnoxious. The hotel put on a few activities in that area, such as yoga/aerobics classes but they weren’t intrusive. We even had a live singer & guitarist which was a really nice touch and each song was applauded. There was a very peaceful and chilled atmosphere, all guests were quiet and respectful. Staff were always friendly and happy to help :) We only had breakfast included and felt there was plenty of choice for us no matter what we felt like, we were able to order hot food such as English breakfast items (bacon/eggs/beans etc), omelettes or crepes. Lunch options were very good too. We also made a reservation at the hotel restaurant one night and it turned out to be one of our favourite dinners of the trip! Did not use the spa facilities so can’t comment on those, but prices for treatments seemed fairly reasonable. We enjoyed Corralejo but it can get quite busy with tourists. It was truly wonderful to wake up in this hotel every day and enjoy the sunshine in peace, we felt very relaxed and happy here. If we ever return to Corralejo we would love to stay again!

We honestly can’t think of anything we didn’t like. Location-wise it could have been a little closer to the beach or further along the main street, but then it probably wouldn’t have been as quiet, and we preferred having that peaceful location. The gym was fairly small and it looked like the treadmills were out of use while we were there, but we only used the gym once, so it didn’t really affect us much. Overall, we were 100% happy with our choice, thoroughly enjoyed our stay and have no complaints!

Firstly the staff were so friendly and helpful, I like to make this point because if you don’t have good staff no matter what level of hotel you run bad staff will take it down, so a big thank you to all the staff in all areas, the hotel is very welcoming and modern the pool area is lovely and relaxing, the room we stayed in was for a couple only consisting of a very comfortable bed with a balcony, it had tv, coffee machine and fridge, the bathroom and shower was good also actually the shower was excellent. Overall I would definitely recommend and I know when I’m going back to Corralejo I will stay in H10 Ocean Dreams Boutique.

The balconies could have been washed every day, now I’m not sure if they weren’t and maybe just got dusty again after washing them, the Tv channels have very little options for English channels.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The food was fantastic with a great selection to choose from. The facilities were spotlessly clean, and our room was lovely. We were on the ground floor, just opposite the pool, and the spa was just 3 doors from our room. We used the gym and spa facilities (hydro pool, sauna, & steam room) frequently and booked a few treatments in the spa (aromatherapy full body massage and facial and my husband had the back and shoulder massage). It was fabulous and we would highly recommend it. This hotel is adult only, which suits us, as our kids are all adults now. It was the most relaxing holiday that we have had in a long time.

There was nothing we didn't like.

Beautiful and quiet resort, if you’re expecting a party resort because it’s adults only you’ll be disappointed. The rooms were spacious, with a large bed and coffee machine, mini fridge, toiletries, bath robes, slippers and TV (only two English news channels but lots of radio stations) daily entertainment around the pool and the staff were exceptional! couldn’t have done more for you. The rooms were very clean with maid service every day if you so wished. would definitely come again.

There isn’t much to say here as we were very happy. if we had to really picky it would be more milk and coffee pods for the coffee machine and they could change the menu for dinner more often.

The hotel looks just like the pictures and it was in a great location. Really easy to get to the main “strip” abd very close to the beach

our room had a plumbing issue, so there was a really bad smell. Due to the hotel being fully booked we were unable to move until the second day. However the staff did keep us up-to-date and were apologetic for the inconvenience. Would’ve been nice if we were given some kind of additional gesture though, as we were only staying at the property for three nights

The room was nice and modern, with a comfortable terrace where it was also possible to dry your clothes. Bathroom had a big shower. Breakfast was full options and it was also possible to order additional cooked dishes from a menu. Our booking included half-board service. Hotel had a restaurant where the dinner was served. It wasn't a buffet but a real dinner with a local menu. Delicious dishes. All the staff was great. A special thanks to Marco who gave us lot many advice on tours and experiences to live. Position was great to reach the port by walking, closer to bus stop, taxi stop and rental car agencies.

The hotel was clean and modern with nice decor, the room was nice with a good bathroom and everything in good condition and working though the bed was very squeaky! The pool was big and nice, but the gym was quite small and both treadmills were broken for the whole duration of my stay which was very frustrating. I went half board and the a la carte menu in the restaurant was quite nice but nothing special; there are so many nice restaurants nearby that I'd probably just go B&B only next time. The location of the hotel was excellent, just a short walk from the town centre. Good wifi in the room.

The gym was small and neglected, there were no towels provided, and both treadmills were broken for the whole of my stay. They played music by the pool all day. It wasn't that loud or offensive, but quite distracting. I don't know why hotels do this. Everyone has their own music with them these days and no one wants to listen to someone else's music choices enforced all day long. Almost everyone lying by the pool had their own headphones in to drown out the pool music.

The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful, Breakfast had a great selection, being Adults only it was nice and calm, I went in early May and it was the perfect amount of people and not too crowded round the pool etc. I would reccomend paying extra for the pool-side view room is worth it otherwise you look out over the street.

Some of the finer details weren't quite there e.g. the TV in my room was hanging off the wall to the point I was concerned it was going to fall so a maintenence guy came to get it (no tools needed the entire bracket came out the wall just by touching it), for some reason whenever I turned on my shower, ants would come out of a nook somewhere and start crawling over the bath mat, but overall I would still say the hotel is really lovely and value for money

the room was big , well designed and comfy. staff is nice. the pool is heated perfectly and fun. location is great - right in the middle.

the food at the hotel is just not good. breakfast is very basic. most of the food is bought and not made fresh. the few fruits and vegetables provided are cut like in kindergarten…we had one lunch at the hotel and decided it’s far better to just eat outside. the pool deck, sun beds and tables were not cleaned once during our week long stay and were dirty. seems just lazy… :( we expected more for this price and hotel reputation.

Great pool area, great location, good choice of breakfasts, big shower, very quiet at night when sleeping, very accommodating reception staff, never any issues getting seating around the pool area, we got early check in which was also great.

Near the end of our stay we discovered ants coming from the floor behind our toilet, however once staff were notified this was quickly dealt with.
