The breakfast was wonderful the location was beautiful but the staff was the really spectacular part of our stay they were so attentive and kind did everything to make our stay perfect I had a birthday and so did my granddaughter during our stay and we were greeted with a pastry with a candle first thing that morning can’t say entgood things about the staff and the hotel!

The mosquitoes!! We only ate dinner at the hotel one night because we were getting too many mosquitoe bites. Mosquitoes can carry lots of diseases so it’s really a health concern

Hotel designed with taste, nice dining area, good quality of food (dinner menu changes every 2 days except desserts), big choice for breakfast, though it didn't change during the 10 days we were there. Nice pool area. The beach is just across the streat and it's a nice beach (not owned by the hotel). Personnel very kind.

Charged 50 euros extra per night for the child (4 years) though there was no change in room or in the room. The sole additional cost the hotel incurred for the child was the breakfas he ate, but that would be too much for a breakfast. Though dining area was nice, it was next to the main street so noisy at moments. With a small child we were not at ease because there were 4 entrances open all the time that go out directly to the street (the main street in town). Beach is not free, need to pay at least 30 euros for an umbrella and 2 chairs.

Excellent quality in smaller setting, but this is a strong point! Service at the table, under the maitre d'hotel Bernardino, is perfect. Their friendliness excells where you are welcome as family. Enjoyed every second of our stay. Every staffmember was flawless with no remarks. Our dog was also allowed and welcomed perfectly. Ofcourse the dog can not enter the pool. That is obvious. But the grasslawn is zn excellent option under the shade

The service and customer care was excellent. The standard of the food, pool and rooms were very, very good. The location is perfect for visiting Cinque Terre and also Pisa, Lucca and other Tuscan towns. The proximity of the hotel to the beach is an added bonus.

Amazing refurbishment of the building. Great pool, nice breakfast and really helpful staff.

The aircon unit is a bit dates and having a bigger room it took a bit longer to feel it compared to the other small room we had. I forgot to mention it at check out

Villa was exactly what we expected, the staff were so attentive and welcoming. The breakfast was amazing and thank you to Bernardo for looking after us and providing excellent service.

Mosquito’s LOL!!

It's a beautiful small, quite hotel close to the beach area with terrific stuff and kind attention to the guests. It has very good restaurant (may be the best for the surrounding area) with a day menu, what changes from day to day. We tried to find another place for the dinner but finally returned to the hotel and spend all evenings there with big pleasure. You can choose between swimming pool or beach, both of them are good for the relax.

We found only one minus there - it is the town itself. There is nothing to do, even hard to find a place for a dinner (except the hotel restaurant, what is very good), specially in September - everything is closed or early closing. Roads are empty and too dark on evenings. It looks that Corona time forced too lot on the surrounding villas and a lot of places are abandoned.
