The staff was welcoming and friendly. The rooms and the bathroom were spacious, clean and had A/C. Tasty coffee. The beach is within 10 minutes distance, the sand is soft and there are no rocks as you go into the sea.

The car park is very small and too close to the building so a driver scratched our car when they parked and didn't have the courtesy to tell us. The beds are not that comfortable and the pillows are very thin and soft. The breakfast could be more varied - except for omelette, fresh fruit and cereals there weren't many healthy breakfast options....there were croissants, mini pizza and cakes!!!

The staff was beyond helpful and kind. I've mentioned I was vegan, and they had prepared special things for me for breakfast. The hotel is well maintained, the price was fair, the location is good, just 5-10 to the sand, there is a free parking lot. Overall, it was everything very good, and the hotel exceeded my expectations.

We travelled in winter and the room was super warm. The place was clean. Breakfast was fine with many cakes to choose from.

Whilst in our room we could hear the corridor chatter, hence the 8 rating if not it would have been 10 but apart from that we slept like a log.

For a really good price we got a nice room in the lovely town of Marina di Massa. The breakfast was included and it was superb.

If we'd known we would have stayed 2 nights.

This is a classic Italian hotel/bed and breakfast recently acquired by a local family in the beach town of Marina di Massa. We met the very hospitable and friendly Beshara and his mother (and other family members) who spoke English well and provided us with great information about the Marina di Massa area. The hotel offered such an abundance of breakfast with home made cakes and pastries, meats, juices, fruits and coffee. This is not your typical B and B breakfast - it was a lot richer! Our room had a balcony from where you could see the flowers and plants artfully arranged in the garden below. The hotel was less than 5 minutes walk to the beach and a similar distance to public buses. It was a very well-maintained, quiet hotel - with the best family hosts around. Thank you Beshara and your mom, for the warm hospitality!

Great location, nice breakfast room and breakfast itself, excellent coffee (nothing from big cans as some hotels do), super friendly staff

The rooms are not so charming, and the bathroom facilities are a bit worn

Very practical, clean and accommodating. We arrived later than check-in time and we were greeted warmly by the lady night receptionist. A decent breakfast was served. Another lovely lady served us. She was so sweet and cheerful. Nice to start the day with smiling faces. Oh they even had gluten free bread. Parking is available also. Not sure how many spaces are within the actual hotel back yard but we parked right opposite the hotel since there was ample space.

Good value for a decent price. The recepcionist is very helpful and speaks English very well. The breakfast is great, tasty and a lot of choices, with many homemade cakes. The rooms are air conditioned and there is a fridge. The beach is about a 5 minutes walk from the hotel. There's a cosy terrace and a beautiful garden.

The furniture look very old fashioned, maybe a restyling would be beneficial.
