The breakfast was good with a few options. The stuff was really great. They were kind,helpful and attentive. The room was clean,spacious and nice. The pool area was clean and quiet. It also has a hot tub.

No smoking rooms. My opinion the size of the tv is to small for that size room. I didn’t like how the tv guide didn’t come up while you were watching TV. You had to go to channel 2 to see what was on. Not a lot channels. We went and got a Roku. The only other thing I think could’ve been better was in the hot tub I wish some of the jets were higher to hit the upper back.

We arrived late. We had a long drive and just wanted to relax. The neighbors next to us were nothing other than disrespectful and loud well into quiet hours. The staff handled it very well even when our neighbors yelled at them. They also upgraded us to a suite for the inconvenience. I was very appreciative considering at that point it was close to midnight and my husband's birthday. I appreciate the way they treated us!

The only thing that I can say is some of the other guests were kind of rude. The hot tub heater was broken but luckily it was working for my husband's birthday.

First time family ski trip with the kids, so we needed a family friendly property. The HIExp was super welcoming from the moment we stepped in. the lobby and lounge area was clean and bright and welcoming. Families hung out here during dinner time and it just had such a cozy vibe. Rooms were clean and temperature appropriate. We were on the 33rd floor with a window faceing the road. Car noises are our white noise, but be aware if you’re looking for a bit more silence. Staff here are so nice and helpful, not just for us, but for all who stopped by. Late afternoon we were greeting by a hot cocoa and cookie station. Oh those cookies!!! Maybe we were just hungry and tired, but they were good choco chip cookies. Oh, and if you and family need anything, it doesn’t hurt to simply ask. Can’t guarantee you’ll get it, but the staff is more than willing to try and accommodate reasonable requests. Sorry for lengthy post, wanted to highlight the good stuff!

The staff was super friendly and helpful. The facilities were clean and well organized.

Our room was a little noisy...it was next to a busy highway and the guests in the rooms above us could be heard running and jumping around. Also, while the room appeared clean, things could have been done to make it a little cleaner, like dust the vents, wipe finger prints off mirrors and make sure no hair is left in the bathroom shower. :)

Lory customer service was excellent service, but when I leave the place the second customer service person make a mistake cover two times for my stay. I need somebody correct this issue please, because a month ago I have the same problem and still my money is not ready in my credit card

The woman I interacted with at the front desk was very kind and lovely to talk to. Also she was very knowledgeable about the area right down to the mileage :-) The room gave me more space than I knew what to do with. It was much larger than I expected. The fitness center and pool was a bonus. But my favorite was the on demand pancake machine for breakfast- I've always preferred them to waffles so this was a pleasant surprise. I may stay again after a couple days of backpacking.

So minor, but I like a bar of soap. The products were all dove and smelled quite nice but no individual bar of soap. To the hotels credit I did not ask and it may have just been that simple to rectify.

The front desk people when we checked in and throughout the night we're awesome. The first impression is the lasting impression and they were awesome. Very helpful and great customer service and great attitude.

Nothing this place was clean the staff was friendly the breakfast bar was the bomb. I have absolutely no complaints. I will definitely be back and will spread the word.

Easy to access, really nice check in. Everything was so clean!! The bed was super comfy and the room was large! Breakfast offered a lot of options and was freshly made. Loved the cinnamon rolls. They even went the extra mile to let me know that the elevator was acting up, something important to know. Anthony was very kind, I just wish I got the names of the other 2 staff who were also great.

Room was dated and sparse..cavernous..decor was crap. Cold colors. Reading lamp switch didnot work. Bathtub had som permanent damage to it that looked like puke...literally. we did not use the shower. Just a quick overnight stay and we were very tired or we would have requested a replacement room.

The staff was fantastic. I understand that the hotel is short-staffed (as are so many businesses these days) and they did a great job. They were friendly and professional. I also really liked the room. I had been thinking of adding a second night and as soon as I saw my room I decided to do exactly that,

The elevator was out of order, but it wasn't a big deal to me, these things happen.
