The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The location was convenient to the University of Tokyo campus

While the location was convenient to the University of Tokyo campus, it was far from any commercial area or restaurants. Even the 7-11 shut at 10pm. A shuttle to the station would go a long way to making it more convenient to stay here. I was disappointed that there was no onsen nor a fitness facility. The breakfast was good but it was disappointing that there was no fish, as one might expect. It would also have been nice to have a bit more variation in the hot offerings.

Breakfast is excellent. The room is very clean and spacious. I like that I can view the park from the big window in the room. Overall is pretty great, especially the price is low considering the quality.

The location is ~15 mins walk from the train station. It's a bit far, however, I get used to it after 1 or 2 days of walking. Also, it's a bit hard to find a good restaurant nearby. The restaurant at the lobby only accepts reservation and I couldn't know that beforehand.

It is very clean and cozy. The staff are very nice and helpful. Due to my bad, I just put my own towel which is similar to the hotel one casually. Cleaning staff accidentally took it as they thought it was the hotel towel. Mr. Manoj Mahat was very helpful to help me finding my towel back and arranging the cleaning service for me. The service was very considering.

The room was huge! And very comfortable with everything kept spotlessly clean. There are buses going straight from the station, so there is no need to take a taxi or to walk. There is a 7-11 right inside the hotel and two laundry rooms. Considering the price, the value per money was excellent.

The location is a bit remote, but that's also what made the price so great.

The rooms are a good size and very clean, and there is a 7-Eleven accessible through a side door in the lobby. The area is very quiet and the staff were very polite and friendly.

It is not within walking distance to the train station (40 minute walk) and requires taking a bus or taxi (10 minute ride).

It's far from the station, but the staff, facilities, and everything at this price would be impossible with common sense. There is a bus, but it is far from the station. 30 minutes need to walk.

It's a bit of a walk from the station that wouldn't be fun in the summer, but there are regular buses. It's right next to a park. My room was fantastic. Not what I was expecting considering the price. Bigger than an average Japanese hotel. I plan to go back.

The hotel is spacious and clean, excellent room. There is 7-11 right at the hotel which makes it convenient to get coffee, drinks and food.

The restaurant closes early and we have to resort to 7-11 when we checked in after 7.30pm.

Easy walk to the university campus. Very nice and very large room by Japanese standarts. Great staff. Easy and comfortable stay.

Brilliant hotel, excellent value, huge bedroom / entrance and bathroom spaces . Easy to get a short bus ride to the closest station then whiz into Akihabara/central Tokyo
