MAE is the nicest home away from home you can get in Maitencillo. Not only the location is perfect, the rooms are very spacious and with all the right stuff, but their staff is their biggest asset. They were all kind, smily, helpful and nice people. Never a bad attitude from anyone, and they were all very empathetic. The rooms were beautiful, the restaurant was excellent like a great fine dinning, some promos were even cheaper than downtown, the amenities were impressive and walking across the road to the beach was a dream come true. Falling asleep listening to the ocean waves and watching the beautiful sunsets from my room balcony were memories that I will forever hold in my heart. I will come back every time I travel to Chile.

The breakfast was good but for 4* hotel (probably) O expect a little bit more. Staff was nice but after we finished breakfast and one day dinner as well it’s a bit of impolite to start moving the table to “gently” inform you to leave. Same after dinner (which was good) to ask us if we want anything else or not. I understand, they have to make their work, preparations etc but for me as a guest it’s annoying. Also contact with reception- they answered via Booking message very late and were sending us meaningless info that we didn’t pay in advance which was not true 🙄

The hotel has a beautiful view of the ocean, spacious room very comfortable bed , soft sheets and everything close walking distance

The front desk woman didn't know anything about the area and she didn't put any effort trying to help you, she just says I'm not from this area, I work in a hotel too and I inform myself about everything in case my guesses ask about recommendations or directions.

Too close to the road Restaurant short of staff Bookings policy. My daughter put the wrong date ( 1 more day in the beginning of my stay) Wrote to remove that date and Booking did not allow it. I paid for an expensive stay that I did not use. I will not use Booking again.

Breakfast perfect. Everything clean.

The Hotel didn’t have enough places to parking, and in the reception didn’t gave you a solution, just tell you, “you have to look and search one”. That’s a problem, maybe the solution could be, have reserve parking places for the guests and not for all the people that go to the restaurant.

Location was great. Walking distance to cafes and beaches. Breakfast was nice. We didn’t have meals at the restaurant but wine and pisco sour at the bar were excellent.

Location is fabulous with our room overlooking the sea. The staff without exception were excellent. Breakfast was good but quite basic in selection . However dinner was very good

I liked the staff service, they were super friendly and made you feel welcome. Also, they have a great hot tub with wonderful views and a wonderful indoor pool as well.

The floor was all ceramic, so it was very cold when walking bearfoot. Usually, considering the value, these type of hotels have carpeting on the bedroom, at least. Also no good closet space. The doors were blocked by the same furniture.

The hotel is nice and the view was amazing since it looked directly into the ocean. The breakfast was ok, but the sweets on the second day were so good.

While the hotel is relatively new, there are some things that are starting to need maintenance. For example, one of the windows couldn't close well and the shower was slightly blocked.

Our check in was pushed out until 5:00 p.m. We had to wait over 4 hours from the time we arrived. And yhe had to search for pool towels since there were none in our room.
