Loved the location in the harbor. We walked the harbor area

Staff When we arrived 3 staff members were talking behind the front desk. One helped us but then had a problem with the reservation. A fourth person stepped into help. I think that person was the manager. She was fixing her dress the whole time. Then the others also tried to help. After several minutes I asked if they couldn’t locate my reservation. No they had it but room assignment was the problem. 3 staff members served breakfast. Food was cold but one of them made our waffles since the machine wasn’t working properly

my room was right off the lobby...and next to the housekeeping staff room...so it was a bit noisy...we could hear loud talkers in the lobby seating area... but it was super close to the coffee table...so that was awesome...and close to the pool.... and the harbor walk.... we enjoyed our stay.

i wish there were balconies...or verandas...for outside access from our room...but we were on the ground floor ...so i get that it would have been a security risk...

I loved everything about the property it was the nicest hotel I have ever stayed in and I have stayed in a lot of hotel s, everything was so clean in the rooms were all updated and looked like they were brand new

I thought they had free breakfast but they were charging $15.99 no breakfast for that in my opinion but if we don't let that from staying there because it was a wonderful place

the hotel is in a nice location - there is construction going on all around it and its very congested . the hotel is very nice and the harbor walk on the lake side takes away all the busyness of the entrance. the parking garage gate is very very tight to get a vehicle in - other than that great stay tks

construction around the hotel , congested entrance - claustrophobic comes to mind

The staff was so pleasant and the facility it self was so nice. Definitely would stay again when visiting.

The only thing that we were unaware of was paying for parking but that still wasn’t so bad and that the rooms sliding glass doors were all drilled so they could not be opened to the walkway by the marina.

Location is very pretty, enjoyed being by the water and beautiful boats, it made our walks around the hotel worth while. the room was tied up every day for us, without a request ,which was very nice

We got the room with view of Marina, which was beautiful,but couldn't enjoy it to the fullest since window had streaks all over and was dirty. On Sunday breakfast, by 10a, there was very little food left, no more milk, or eggs or french toast or pencakes, my partner left hungry. On Tuesday it was more food, but eggs were very dry and potatoes burnt. The beds were definitely to soft, which gave us both slight backaches

The staff was wonderful. I had many questions regarding the room/bathroom because my mom is disabled. They were so patient and accommodating! Cookies were given out at check in (yumm). The marina view is gorgeous. The room was very nice. Shout out to Marcus and a lovely manager (sorry forgot your name).

I feel like breakfast should be included in price. We paid for the full breakfast. It was ok. For us, the convenience was worth it.

Beautiful view, easy parking, good walking path. Clean, comfortable swimming pool, hot tub, and fitness center. Room was fine, beds good.

Price and quality of breakfast. Bagels were rock hard. Breakfast should be included in room rate.

Good location near by the beach, good bar, restaurant and convenient parking area.

Aside of the beach, the neighborhood isn't impressive, a decaying area with very little options for food and services.

I like staying on the lake. The morning walks along the Harbor are important to me. It is easy access to downtown and to my destinations.

The Hotel is showing it's age.
