I wish I could rate this property an 11. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay again. The hotel is about 2.5 km from Pub Street in Siem Reap, but there are always Tuk Tuk drivers outside the hotel — cost is $3. Shamone is one of the Tuk Tuk drivers who is reliable & available for town or the temples. Angkor Wat is only about 7 km away. Being away from the town is a nice reprieve after a day of sightseeing. The food & breakfast at the on-site restaurant is very good & offers a variety of western & Cambodian dishes. The staff go out of their way to help - Heang in the restaurant is particularly kind but all the staff are eager to help. Happy Hour from 5-7 p.m. offer discounts on drinks. Some reviewers have noted the rooms are dated. The hotel is not new but this adds to its character and ambience. The rooms are spacious, beds are comfortable with a big balcony overlooking a pool surrounded by trees. Even when there are people around it is quiet and peaceful.

The most beautiful garden I've ever seen!! Amazing hotel, amazing stuff, and the little things: for breakfast homemade lemonade in a small glass, homemade marmelade, exceptional!!! Built in colonial style, the music in the bar , when you hear and listen you feel like you are in the 1920/1930 years, simple amazing. The most beautiful boutique hotel U've ever been!! A hidden gem, a piece of heaven!!! Even more beautiful as on picture!! The rooms are comfy, extremly clean, the balcony is onderful!!!; i am planning to go back and I will choose this hotel again!!! Thanks for the amazing days in your wonderful country and hotel!!!

Really nice staff, pretty good restaurant food, nice cocktails, the pool area is perfect and the rooms are great.

This was the best place we have stayed in two weeks! This is a wonderful oasis. The room is large with lots of places to put things while you stay. The shower is hot and the rainshower is lovely after a hot day of temple visiting. The staff are delightful, so smiley and helpful. The pool is refreshing and the pool deck is peaceful. This is a little out of the main town but there was always a TukTuk driver available to take you to pub street (Paper Tiger is recommended by us!) or wherever. No need to leave the hotel to eat, their curry dishes are amazing! Breakfast was good too. I am celiac and they had rice cakes for me! The homemade dragon fruit jam is so delicious. Honestly we loved this hotel!

We had a couple issues during our stay but they were dealt with (fixed!) immediately and with unnecessary apologies. Stuff is going to happen and it is how it is dealt with that matters. These people did great.

I couldn't fault this place, possibly one of my favourite places to stay anywhere. It's a beautiful little oasis in Siem Reap, great rooms with all amenities and the most friendly staff. I can't recommend it highly enough.

There was a loud wedding taking place next door (it didn't really bother me as I was out most days)...but even then the staff went out of their way to make up for it. They were so apologetic (even though it was not their responsibility) and offered little things to compensate.

The staff at the resort were exceptional and made us feel comfortable and well taken care of. They were ready with suggestions for the best way to sight see and booked a driver for us that basically became our personal driver. The food was good and the happy hour a lovely treat. The pool water was warm and we enjoyed going for a swim and just relaxing in the lounge chairs by the pool. The location is nicely in the middle of the town and all the amin temple complexes. It was a lovely hideaway when needed but easy to get to the bustle whenever we wanted.

- the pool and outside dining area are really beautiful and peaceful - the location is outside of the center, but really close to the temples, so ideal location for us. The street itself isn’t the coziest, but we took a tuk tuk into town - the food is really good - staff is extremely helpful and friendly, They also packed our breakfast for the sunrise tour to the temples - the massage was the best I had in a long time

- it’s not the cheapest, but overall good price-quality - the breakfast is a bit limited, but I do have to mention that the home-made juices, jams and yoghurt are really tasty! - the rooms are very spacious and well equipped, but not cozy for my taste

Our stay was amazing! I dare to say I have never stayed in a hotel with better service and more helpful and nice staff. The pool was parfect, they have enough beds aroud it for all guests so you will always have a spot. Everything was clean and tidy. When we sat down in a restaurant, the waiter was at our table immediately and we never waited long for anything.

The selection of breakfast was rather small, but it is understandable since it is not a big resort but a small boutique hotel. It was little bit far from the city center but thanks to that, it was amazingly quiet all day long (except of few barking dogs but if you have your balcony door close, you cannot hear them).
