We stayed at the Yokohama Royal Park Hotel in May of 2024. It was a lovely experience. The check-in process was smooth, professional and courteous. We dealt with staff who spoke perfect English and was very friendly. Our room was on the 60th floor - (The Sky Resort Atelier). When the automatic curtains rose when we arrived it revealed a huge window with a splendid view of Yokohama. It was absolutely delightful. The room had comfortable beds with luxurious bedding. The bathroom was large and the towels and L'occitane toiletries were fully stocked daily. The tub was pristine enough that I felt comfortable taking deep bubble baths in it nightly. The refrigerator was an adequate size to keep beverages and small snacks. This hotel is literally part of the Landmark Tower so it is easy to find no matter where you wander in Yokohama. The tower has countless stores and restaurants and is connected to other buildings with even more shopping and dining options. It is one train station away from Chinatown and in close proximity to the bay and parks and other malls. Check-out was simple as well. A bus right outside took us directly to Haneda airport. We loved our stay at the Royal Park Hotel and plan to return when their upcoming renovation is completed.

Great place in Yokohama, right in the heart of Minato Mirai, within the iconic Landmark Tower building. The service and food is top-notch, with everything streamlined and efficient. Nothing to complain about! If booked in advance, it can also be quite an affordable option for staying in Japan, especially when compared to similar 5-star venues in Tokyo. Considering the trip on the Tokaido Line takes only about 30-35 minutes, this hotel is a great alternative to staying in Tokyo.

The iron and ironing board were not provided. It might have been possible to request them, but we didn’t try.

Everything! The staff really makes you feel as an honored guest. They really implement Japanese hospitality. The room was clean, beautifully arranged, extremely clean, well supplied and serviced. The view was terrific. Also, the lobby, and other places of the hotel were splendid and make you feel happy. There's a faint scent that combines with the zen fountains of the cafeteria in the lobby. There are beautiful flower arrangements. The lift was the fastest I've seen.

Days with less overcast due to coastal breeze, just to enjoy more the views, but that's not the hotel's fault!

The location at the Bay Area with sheltered escalator and travelators all the way from Sakuragicho Station facilitated our movements regardless of the weather. Being situated on top of Landmark Tower with an underground and above ground linkways to multiple malls and restaurants left us spoiled for choice. The rooms either face Mt Fuji or the Bay. The concierge is impressive and impeccable. They safe kept our luggage and made no mistake of it without even issuing receipts or claim tags. An excellent find for us was the airport bus arriving at and leaving from the hotel car porch. Breakfast was great but being lactose intolerant I had to sacrifice all the pastries. On the whole the staff were great.

If the TV supports applications, I will stay even longer.

The location is excellent right between Minatomirai and Sakuragicho. As such, the hotel is primarily located on the upper floors of Landmark Tower so you have a fantastic view of Yokohama city from above. We had three beds that we shared among our party of 5 (2 adults and 3 young kids) which was sufficient to get a comfortable sleep.

There's nothing I didn't like other than the price, it's a bit expensive, but I imagine for this kind of hotel with its prime location, service, and view that it is to be expected. I feel it should just be a little cheaper still.

We stayed for two nights in May. Can't overemphasize the unbelievable sights of the city for breakfast on the 70th floor. We used the local bus system, and the bus stop is closer than the train station (at the end of the covered walkway providing shade on those superhot days or cover on rainy days) for going to Chinatown, Yamashita Koen or Sankeien Garden etc. The hotel has its own passageway to an underground area with all sorts of restaurants.

The hotel has a beautiful lobby with a great seating area for coffee, but unfortunately, you have to make reservations in advance, leaving all those tables open.

The height of the rooms is wonderful. Great views from the rooms and the elevators are super fast. The staff was extremely helpful and I was able to store my bags after check out so I could do a little more sightseeing. I also was able to book an airport shuttle to Narita with the hotel.

When I first arrived, my room was very small and I barely had any room to move around. I was also right next to the elevators which I did not like. I complained and asked if the hotel had any upgrades. The staff were kind enough to offer an upgrade to a corner room at a price but it was well worth it in the end.

We had the city view so we were able to see mostly city and if you looked on the far left, you could see Mt. Fuji. The weather was cloudy so it was a bit harder to see. The hotel makes you feel like royalty. The rooms are a good size, clean, and pretty up to date. The staff was very attentive and let us store our baggage the following day after checkout till we left.

The price was a bit expensive for what you get. We paid almost the same amount for the Royal Park in Tokyo and it included an hour of drinks and h'dourves. We also arrived very late so we did not get to enjoy the hotel as much which is not their fault! I would recommend getting a full Mt. Fuji view or harbor view more than the city view we got.

What a beautiful hotel! Getting to the hotel was easy. Straight up the escalator and across the covered walkway until we reached the hotel, about a 300 metre walk. We stayed on the 58th floor and had a city view which was spectacular. We went up to the 70th floor restaurant which overlooked the harbour and that view was also amazing. The room size at 37sqm was huge and well appointed. The beds were the most comfortable on our entire trip with an actual mattress and base. The foyer was beautiful and the shopping complex at the rear made finding a meal or something at the supermarket a breeze. The limousine bus picked us up at the hotel and took us to the airport so we didn't need to struggle with luggage.

For me, the restaurant prices were expensive, but given this is a 5 star hotel, they were probably normal. It was sad to see the beautiful view going to waste with no-one in the restaurant though.

The rooms were very spacious and the staff were so accommodating. The view is amazing, even seeing Mt. Fuji was so beautiful. Everything was so clean. The view from the bath was also beautiful. I also like how they had a centralized remote/tablet to control the temp and lights. Best was the cleanliness of the place. I didn't have any worries about my baby getting any rashes or experiencing any discomfort.

There was a distinct smell especially in the hallway. Perhaps due to the building's age. It took a while to get a ride on the elevator due to the maintenance of 3-4 other elevators. I guess the timing wasn't right, but better having safe elevators. The refrigerator wasn't working and the pillows were too soft they were like a comforter.
