Decent price for what you get. AC works great! friendly staff. Pretty clean for the most part. Has a microwave and mini fridge.

When we arrived after our 13 hour trip, there was nobody at the front desk to check us in. There was another lady waiting there that said she had been waiting for over 30 minutes for someone. The door to our bathroom is filthy. One good wipe down with bleach would make a world of difference. The water pressure is horrible in the shower. The beds are kind of hard but some people prefer that. I still slept great 😊

I liked the convention location, just off of I45. The amenities were perfect, and the room was clean and comfortable. Dining was also convenient, so everything was perfect. I will definitely be returning in the very near future, and when I do, I plan to benefit from the laundry room as well.

There was nothing to dislike.

The woman that waited on me at the front counter was extremely friendly. She was kind even when I lost my room key. They were there in the morning when we needed extra help. Very nice family.

There were no smoking rooms.

close to interstate i-45, had 3 restaraunts nearby, jack in the box, kelley's country cooking and dominos, which is right across from the building, everything walking distance

Did not understand the policy of having the guests with dogs stay on the 3rd floor. If your dog has been good all night, no accidents, but needs to get out in the morning, having to ride the elevator down is inviting an accident in the elevator or lobby. Luckily, we did not have an accident in either place, but that was my only negative comment about my stay. I requested a room at the end of the hall, close to an exit on the 1st floor. I got a room on the 3rd floor close to the elevator.

family friendly hotel, LED mirrors in their bathroom really looks nice! Hotel's cleanliness was amazing! Following that, the staff was very accommodating and caring about my stay.
