Super clean, aside from stray toilet paper on the floor, a couple hairs on the bed, and a crumb in the couch.. overall, not a big deal. Super quiet after 10 pm, which is good and everyone is respectful of that. The place serves its purpose, and only a block from the beach. A few feet away from Starbucks and the OC Rum Shack! beach is less crowded down this way also.

Cleaning staff showed up at 10:30 and knocked and then shoved keys in door to try to open when i didn't open it quick enough, which again, not a big deal, just a little weird.... especially because you don't know if someone's getting dressed or not. There was probably 2 or 3 mins in between the knock and the fidgeting with the key and the lock trying to open it. I didn't open at first cuz i was unsure if it was our door or next doors. Either way, check out is 11 am.. not 10:30, so just a little odd. Probably just a one off weird thing with the cleaners, especially because of the holiday.

The kitchen was clean and fully equipped with all necessities. The front desk was super, kind, helpful and accommodating. Was the the perfect walking distance to everything without having to sleep right over top the party.

They did not have a working ice machine while we were there but they did offer bags of ice for sale. Helpful but not as convenient. I'm sure it was temporary. I have a background in service and I know sometimes you just need to make the best substitution you have when waiting on a repair. Was not a huge problem at all. Just the only issue I can actually recall during our stay.

Definitely the location and that it has parking.

The air conditioning was very old and loud, impossible to sleep with it turned on. The fan speed control was not working, so it was only temp control and the fan at max power. The bathroom was very small, without window (although it was not internal). The window looking to the backside of the building was locked with bolts to avoid its opening, so there was no chance to ventilate the room as the air was not circulating. Price was not the best considering these issues, and that it doesn’t include breakfast.

The front desk lady was so great ! We were really early since we drove a ways to get there and she actually let us check in. The room was pretty clean, there were a couple things, some hair left in the shower/a tissue on the side of the bed, the remote control was super sticky but nothing to crazy. We were only there one night. We were in the bottom floor so the wifi was a little spotty and the upstairs neighbors were quite loud. I think they had kids and they were running back and forth for quite a while, but it was only about 7/8pm so it wasn’t “quiet time”My 2yr old was a little scared, but again it’s just the way it is in a multiple story motel. But I can’t say good enough things about the front desk lady, she was soo nice !

The number one thing I liked was the price! I spent just over 900 dollars for 5 nights, that can be a hard find. The staff is incredibly kind and welcoming, they offered extra things such as towels or ice with no fuss. They also explained the rules very plainly and simply. Everything was easy to follow. The room was spotless and smelled refreshing, especially after our LONG drive to Ocean City. It is also an easy and walkable distance from the boardwalk and the beach. It was quiet at night, and it was in a nice area. BONUS - There is a Starbucks right outside of this place too. They were also able to give us a second-floor room that I requested, (we got our room from the year prior! That was exciting.) Overall, the location, staff friendliness, value, comfort, and everything else were top-tier. Also, free parking for one car. That is something you don't wanna miss out on.

If there is anything to complain about, it is how small the parking area is. Thankfully, when we arrived there were a few spaces available, but I imagine they fill up sometimes. So I was a bit worried about leaving and returning and trying to park again. They could have a solution to this that I don't know about.

Room- even when we arrived early before check the staff was very efficient- they let us use the parking lot and changing room to go explore while we waited for them to call. Once in the room was very clean and organized. Beach- You not even a block away from the beach- they even offered extra towels to take. I love that they had bags of ice for sale ($3.00)- thought appropriate for coolers and convienent.

Minor was we had a room with 2 king size beds and it blocks some of the clothing drawers. But very minor didn't ruin our trip

Rooms are very spacious, I was pleasantly surprised, all the motels I have been in the past with kitchenettes are very small in comparison. Rooms are renovated, new light fixtures, moldings, and doors, good AC. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchenette was the best, beautiful granite countertops, new cabinets, fully stocked with new pots, pans, dishes, silverware, you name it, in addition there is a full-size refrigerator Yay!!, some rooms even have induction glass stove-tops. Location was awesome, just right behind the boardwalk, a few steps from beach, close to stores, minigolf. Staff was very nice and courteous all the time, very accommodating, helpful, always smiling, I would say this is one of the best assets of this place. Outside place is kept neat and organized, surroundings are quiet.

Cleaning was ok, I think there is room for improvement with bathroom floors and showers, bathroom curtains were stinky, did not seem were changed or washed often. I have to say they immediately gave me a brand-new curtain when I requested one. One of the rooms had an electric range stove, drip pans were very rusty and with dark dust from previous burns. They were an eyesore in such beautiful, neat kitchenette.

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and I felt like it was big enough for what was needed. I liked that there was a little table with chairs to sit and eat if we wanted to do so. It was a nice room overall.

There really wasn't anything to not like for the amount of time I actually spent in the room. If I had to pick something, I would say an outlet by the mirror by the door for multiple people to get ready at the same time.

Property is close to the beach and boardwalk with many great options to eat and drink nearby. A CVS was one street behind us which was great. Our room was an end unit on the 2nd Fl.The beds were ok enough to get by for 5 nights. Clean and updated enough for our family of 5.No frills kind of place. Housekeeping available but at your request. Office personnel were great to deal with whenever we asked for something. Location and cleanliness make this place a recommend.

On a couple of nights it was noisy after 12 am inside the unit. Parking is tight at the Motel.I recommend parking and leaving your car for the duration in the lot. Everything is in walking distance. Otherwise you have to find the offsite lot when it’s full.

The staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating. The rooms were very clean and well kept. Everything was clean, and that is a big deal for us. Sheets and towels were clean. The owners take a lot of pride in their property- Family Run!! Fridge and Microwave in room was a welcomed bonus!! Location was great- a dunkin and starbucks within a short walking distance( 1 block or less) and can walk to dinner locations, mini golfs, pharmacies... Everything you need is nearby.. Never had to drive our car. Parked when we arrived and never moved the car until we left. :-)
