The location is great! The pool is nice.

The room was tiny!! It was the smallest room I’ve ever seen! It was suppose to be 323 square feet and it was more like 100 square feet! Very cramped! The housekeepers do not clean very well either. Our refrigerator was very dirty and the bed sheets had stains! This room was not worth the price we paid for it! Then on top of that we had to pay $10 per day for parking! Ridiculous!! I mean if each room comes with a parking spot why am I paying to park?!

Very nice location mass of pool felt safe

Went there to check in at 12:30 a.m. there was a sign said be back in five minutes person then come back to 1 AM. I get it working overnights and I want to cover you for lunch. Just sucks you have to wait when you’re tired and I had an ant farm on the one side of my bed, killed them all scrub. The floor woke up to ants in the same spot just in one spot didn’t cry want anything didn’t get in the bed didn’t do anything just stuck in one area it was odd but I didn’t say anything to the front desk, so was my own fault

All the staff was very pleasant and helpful. The room was clean, and seemed well kept. The location is fantastic - right in the middle of a lot of stuff!

We lost hot water on the last day. They did call us when they knew that our unit would be without hot water (the evening before we left) and tried to put us in a room that had hot water, but we weren't going to be back before the gentleman was leaving for the night. They tried to make things right, we just couldn't accommodate them. Plus, one cold shower wasn't terrible - probably helped with the hangover!

The Islander exceeded our expectations for a moderately priced motel. The location was Bayside, so it was a one block walk to the Ocean City oar walk/beach. Walking distance to food, convenience stores, restaurants, etc. Like many privately owned motels in OC, it is showing its age and would benefit from an exterior refresh

The room would benefit from an inexpensive LED plug-I light at floor level so that guests can see if they need to get up in the night without having to cut on the main light and disturbing other guests.

Staff was great and the location was really nice there was plenty to do close by. If you wanted to do the boardwalk be ready it is a little of a walk. We just used the tram to get back.

We had 2 rooms the 2nd room had a smell. Also you had to pay for parking not sure if that is just a new thing at all hotels or if it was just this one.

Great location in OC. Rooms are well cleaned and sanitary. Came with tv, mini fridge, and microwave. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Would stay again.

Off street parking “included”, but parking lot is $10/day. Building is outdated and rooms appear worn, but it is clean. We just needed it to sleep so didn’t need any amenities.

It's in a good location and the price is pretty nice. I can also watch my son swim from the room I always get when I come down. Every year I get a room here.

All The amenities you have on your website that I don't see on your property. Also, the charge for the parking everyday. It should be free parking for paying guests.

I didn't like that parking wasn't included like it says it is. They charge $10 a day! I feel like some fresh paint and upgrades would be beneficial. But everything else was fine. My room was clean. The pool was very clean too.

I really liked the place, I spent the weekend there with my boyfriend and we loved it but However I woke up in the morning and got scared because I saw some ants walking around the table but my boyfriend reassured me it was normal because of the woods but however I loved it and the employees was perfect shoutout to the guy that stayed until 2am waiting fa me to check in on June 2nd at 1am

You wouldn’t except such nice rooms from the outside, the rooms are clean and updated, plenty of space within the room.

You have to pay for a parking perming, $10 a day, and the second night of our stay we have to park on the street due to parking lot being over filled.
