Great staff. Lovely spa.

The breakfast was brilliant but... We got served avocado and Salmon on cheap sliced bread... Everything else was perfect but this was so out of place. There is nothing romantic about a cheap slice of toast. I went out of the hotel and there were chavs in tracksuits fighting in the bars so I abandoned my pint and went back to the hotel.

All staff were very attentive, nothing was too much trouble,very polite and always smiling.I have to mention Ade and Dave who worked the bar who interacted with us as a group were friendly , laughed with us and still very proffesional.The spa was amazing ive never felt so relaxed and the food in the Brasserie was out of this world . Some of us have already booked to come back in february .

We had a fantastic stay at the Lincombe Hall hotel! The receptionist was incredibly helpful when we arrived, providing us with all the information we needed about the hotel and even giving us a tour. Parking was a breeze. Our room was spotless and the bed was super comfortable. The spa facilities were top-notch, and the heated outdoor pool was a delightful bonus with plenty of sun loungers in the garden area. The bar service was excellent, and breakfast was delicious. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. It's a lovely hotel to relax in. The location was perfect, within walking distance to the harbour, restaurants, and bars. We would definitely recommend staying here!

Only negatives are, rooms are not very sound proof as we could hear the guest next door sneezing and what he was watching on TV. Parking is charged at £15 per night, personally I think that this is too much.

Lincombe Hall Hotel is absolutely stunning 🤩 The decor and ambience is both exquisite and relaxing. The Spa facilities are amazing and the temperature of every pool is just perfect! All the Staff went above & beyond to make our stay wonderful! We were there to celebrate my birthday weekend and as it turns out my Boyfriend proposed after Dinner 💍💎🥂, which was a lovely surprise! The Receptionist was so attentive & found me a smaller pair of flip flops. The Lady at the Spa Reception Sue was an absolute joy to get to know and I will certainly treasure the laughs we had together 🥰 Each member of staff are truly exceptional and make you feel comfortable and 'at home'. We are definitely going to make our stay here more regular on a monthly basis and check in to Room 33, our favourite place to be!

The hotel is wonderful! The building itself is stunning with original features and a beautiful drawing room where a great breakfast is served every morning. The outdoor heated pool and jacuzzi were a bonus as we were lucky to have such beautiful weather and felt like we could have been anywhere in the world sunbathing and enjoying the amazing views from the gardens. The staff are an asset to an already spectacular hotel. They are cheerful, friendly, engaging, and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble, especially Leo and the lady at reception with the gray hair, who were especially welcoming and friendly. We had treatments at the spa, which we all came back from feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. There is a very big hydrotherapy pool with sauna steam salt and ice rooms. We had dinner at the hotel after the spa, and the morrocon vegetable wellington is definitely something you want to try even if you're a meat eater, although all the meals we had were delicious. There is a lovely little beach 10minutes walk from the hotel and also Antsey's Cove which is around 30mins walk. Some beautiful hidden gems all around the hotel within walking distance. We will definitely be going back. The owners have put time and thought into this hotel which shows in every way 😀

We stayed on my fiancé's birthday. The hotel kindly gifted us four truffles hand made by chef Jordon with a happy birthday baloon. The truffles were divine. The rooms was clean and comfortable with good facilities. We had a bath with shower over. I love that the hotel used temple spa products throughout and had it in the bathroom in refillable bottles. Felt like such a treat to wash my hair in the temple spa shampoo. Breakfast was amazing. I had Greek yogurt with granola, pastries, fruit juice and a cooked vegetarian breakfast. My fiance absolutely loved the spa as did I!!! Its new and the rooms plus pools are wonderful. You can even call reception to have alcoholic drinks brought down to you. True holiday mode! Thank you Lincombe Hall, we will certainly be back soon.

Room is fairly small but we were aware and didn't mind. I forgot my bank card on check in but the receptionist was helpful in how else I could prove I made my booking.

Lovely spa within the hotel Staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful. Room was clean and tidy. Breakfast was lovely and a good choice - cooked breakfast, pastries, fruit, cereal and yoghurts. We had lunch and dinner once in the Brassiere - delicious. Dinner lacked atmosphere though.

Although having a large car park with in the ground, this is managed by a 3rd party so parking was extra at £15 per day which I find quite expensive. Guests could be fined (up to £100) if they don’t pay. There is free roadside parking but when you’re sorting luggage etc it’s a nuisance. Our room I found quite compact we didn’t use the drawers under the wardrobe but if required would’ve been tricky to get in / out of them.

From the moment we walked through the doors the hospitality was phenomenal. We felt instantly relaxed. Our room was immaculately clean and spacious. The spa facilities are amazing. We had dinner at The Dining Room on our first night and the food was delicious. The flavours, presentation, everything was so well thought out. On our second evening we ate at The Brasserie, although more informal, the food was delicious, especially the moules mariniere. Some of the best I've ever had. Overall, it was a perfectly relaxing stay and we will definitely be back.

Incredible time away. Me and my girlfriend were greeted well from the start and we’re made to feel welcome throughout. We dined in the evening and were served exceptionally well by Ade, and were always spoken to with such positivity and made to feel part of the hotel by David who also served our drinks. The pool, spa and overall service were a 10/10. We couldn’t get enough of the spa!! The location is great, with a short walk into town. Our taxi from the train station to the hotel only cost us a few quid. It was something we didn’t know we needed so much, and will definitely be returning too in the future.
