This was our second stay here and we loved the hotel and its location in the middle of the nature! You have an inside and an outside pool and a sauna which are really great to relax! Rooms are very ncie and comofrtable and the staff was very kind, we had to leave one night earlier than expected and they gave us a voucher for that night to use in future! Breakfast was amazing!

being a 4 stars hotels, I think they should have a bit more maintance: the towels' support in the bathroom wa broken and we only had one toilet paper in the room for 2 days. Room could have a been abit cleaner too. In the restaurant, we asked for a some chicken and rice for one 1 year old and we were charged 20 euros for that as it was a kids menu (we didn't asked for a menu and he didn't eat anything else..)

Paid a romantic massage for 2 people, and only 1 person to massage both ate the same time. Don’t recommend, if you’d like a massage schedule two individually rather than simultaneously. Breakfast buffet was short on fast restock. On both days I always ate my eggs and pancakes already cold and no restock while I was eating

Excellent value for your money. Tranquile atmosphere, loads to do in and near the hotel, the kindest staff I have ever met! Will return for sure!

The pool water is only lukwarm, it should be hot. At breakfast, they constantly running out of items as the capacity of the breakfast room is far larger than the size of the table they have the food on.

The breakfast was good. The hotel beds were superb, extremely comfortable. Staff are really nice, the most welcoming you can find.

The indoor swimming pool and spa were always a bit crowded, but I visited during summer when the weather was not as nice as expected. Probably, if weather conditions were nice, more people would be attending the outdoor pool and it would be nicer inside.

Very well located, surrounded by nature, and very peaceful. At the same time, you can visit Pena Aventura and go for activities on the other side of the road, if that's what you're looking for. The breakfast is very good. I also enjoyed the indoor pool. The room was very comfortable and spacious. The restaurant of the hotel is absolutely delicious, you have to try it! The gym was quite complete!

I missed some resting space in the common areas. Some groups from companies occupied the whole space so if I wanted to read my book I didn't have many places to go. Also, the existing spaces were facing north which means not much sun, which is a bummer.

We do like this hotel because of its great location, nice, helpful people working there and, of course, SPA facilities.

The room that we got last time (it was a large “luxury” room) didn’t really meet our expectations: the floor that is covered with a pale carpet as well as some pieces of furniture had many dirty (probably wine or so) spots, so that you didn’t have that feeling of cleanliness that you’d expect in that kind of hotel

Location within pine trees in serene environment. Modern architecture. Nice spa area. Amazing caring staff. They went far and beyond to ensure our comfortable stay with 2 kids

A bit remote location. Outdoor kids pool wasn’t cleaned properly. At peak hours hotel was a bit understaffed

The breakfast is very good with very diversify of food. The spa is nice, but the indoor pool water was a little cold. As I went with a baby I was expecting warmer water. My son loved the room with the toys. Overall, I loved our stay and will come back again.

There was a night when you could hear a dog barking a lot (but it only happened once). Restaurant prices a little high.

Simple, but comfy hotel, mostly only for those to stay who comes to Adventure park. Has a warm inside pool, although rather small for the size of hotel. Kids can feel free here, which is great. Staff were nice.

Non existing Wi-fi, very close to the motorway, that you can see through the windows.

Bed comfortable. Good rain shower Breakfast included option but could have been better and food could have been refilled more timely. Nice pool and plenty of loungers and shade umbrellas. Has indoor pool but we didn't try it. Make note that rooms are not cleaned until you request it at reception Had salt scrub and was very good service. Had dinner in hotel restaurant: good flavors, great presentation and the wait staff of Dora, Catarina and Renato were absolutely fantastic 👌! They are excellent at customer service. Thank you all!

Our room's carpet was quite stained. We asked for a double bed and got 2 twin beds pushed together.
