It's really close to the city itself and the where balloons are operated. We initially had two standard double rooms with sharing bathrooms and the host was nice enough to change our to a suite which was available with private bathroom. Room was so spacious and had a separate bedroom with a king size bed. They organise some of the tours we went on the "red tour" which really nice experience and it cost us 45 euros each for a person. But I feel likes if was worth it. They also offer other tours as well.

There were no house keeping ! So no cleaning in between the nights

My home was an guest house. The staff were really nice and even gave us recommendations on where best to go in Cappodocia. Location was excellent. The house is in the middle of the city centre and is walking distance from many attractions. You can even book the hot air balloon tour with them. We paid 75 euro per person which is very cheap compared to the other companies we found.

The location is amazing and the owner also, super helpful and friendly. We were having a fluent communication since the first day. There’s a terrace that was not ready to use while our stay but I think was because of the weather, but the view over there is awesome!!! Everything was cleaned and good looking. Thanks a lot!

It’s not about the property, but if you go to Cappadocia area be ready to feel like a fish that everyone wants to fishing 😂 they’ll try to sell you absolutely everything!

The staff was nice, as they allowed us to check in earlier and leave our luggage for a few hours. The place was clean, however, it could have been better. The accommodation is very close to the center (as everything in Göreme), but it also provides a nice view of the balloons.

Found some insects and got bitten during the night. Urine stains on the toilet. The worst it was the cold - even though we visited Cappadocia in September, inside our room it was extremely cold, and we needed to put on jackets and extra blankets.

Location was really nice, in walkable distance to the Goreme city. We had 3 person room and it was nice, please keep in mind that there are shared bathrooms - two of them for an about 3 or 4 rooms in total so it might get crowded in the morning. As I recall the price was rather on the lower end for the Goreme and standard was OK. Cannot say anything about the staff as we did not met anybody but we had no need due to no issues occurred during our stay. Place got nice terrace on the roof.

Impeccable service, attentive, if you need a tour here you have everything at good prices. The location is perfect to enjoy the Balloon show. The spacious and comfortable rooms.

I liked everything, it is a hotel to rest, Cappadocia is to go out and get to know, not stay locked in a hotel. It has what you need and the manager is very friendly and helpful.

Spacious, amazing view, close proximity to valley trails and cleanliness.

It felt like a hostel late at night when you can hear other people banging their doors. It is to be expected as Goreme is a place where people are out late. So be sure to expect some noise late at night. But this is only momentary and lasts only a few minutes. So you can go back to sleep peacefully in their amazing comfortable beds.

Excellent Value for money and spacious room. Great shower as water pressure is superb. There is no aircond but our room which is on the basement level was cooling. The bed was very comfortable and we are very lucky that we are able to book the two bedroom suite which comes with a private bathroom. The terrace of course offers a splendid view of the valley and hot air balloons in the morning. Walking distance ( around 10 min ) from the bus stop. Fridge and Kettle is also provided in the bedroom.

It would be great if a proper mug or glass is provided instead of a paper cup. But other than that, this place is perfect if you are traveling on a budget and only need a place to sleep and rest.

The room was a lot bigger than I expected and was very new and clean. It was the perfect location to watch the hot air balloons in the morning as well!

There was a kettle in the room but no cups or anything to accompany it. Shared bathrooms get messy and the shower was clogged.

I’d like to highly recommend you to stay here during Cappadocia trip. their hospitality and service are outstanding. we stay for 4 days 3 nights in big room and woke up every morning by seeing extensive air balloons !! they have beautiful terrace where you can get picturesque moment when air balloons passed ! the owner is locals, air balloons pilot and also running tour to explore Cappadocia with super affordable prices. staffs are really nice, bathrooms are clean and walk distance to the city centre. i definitely suggest you all to stay here! btw, thanks home Cappadocia for making our stay there memorable!
