Nice location, comfy bed, well equipped if small kitchen area, lots of coffee, sugar, fresh milk, nice towels. Lots of parking, 10 minute walk to centre of Harrogate. Very clean. Nice property. Good for short stays.

Quite small room and bed. Not much hanging for clothes, no drawers etc. Booking.com said check in from 2pm but hosts said 3pm. We never received any check in details by email, or on booking.com site, and had to phone to ask for them to be sent to us on WhatsApp. Shower very small. TV batteries not working in remote. Tiles on floor in bathroom and kitchen area need replacing.

Great location, just a 5 minute walk into town or there's a bus stop a short walk away if walking is difficult. Buses are every 20 mins. We used the bus to go into Knaresborough, a great trip out. There's everything you could possibly need for a self catering holiday in your room, very comfortable, spotlessly clean and it also has its own car park which for us was an added bonus! Owners are quick to respond to your questions. We parked our car in the car park when we arrived and didn't use it again until leaving for home. Perfect!

There is nothing to not like about the Belmont! It's brilliant.

On the day of arrival we were offered an upgraded room which was a lovely gesture. The apartments had clearly been refurbished so everything was fresh and clean. The shower had a monsoon showerhead which we both appreciated. As we only stayed one night, we didn't make much use of the kitchen but it was well laid out and clearly well equipped. The beds were very comfortable with lovely linen and pillows which made for a good night's sleep which was welcome after our long drive. The staff were super helpful in offering to make reservations or provide suggestions around sightseeing.

The room was decorated in modern funky wallpaper, and accessories appropriately selected to complement the design. The room, linen & bathroom were clean. The waterfall shower worked well. Lovely fluffy towels. There was space to park the car at the back. Easy access to the room, with security codes for the front door and room itself. The hand lotion bottle's pump would not work, so I left it outside my room with a note and it had been replaced when I returned. Also a nice touch having fresh milk in the fridge and coffee pods available.

Nothing not to like. Very pleased with the accommodation!

The room was very clean and modern. Great communication with hosts. Loved the number locks and the breakfast in the guest house was lovely. Ideal location short walk to bars and restaurants.

Shower cubicle is very very small. We aren't very very large people but the gap to get in is very very small. The shower head had quite a long arm on the rain head and came to the back of the cubicle we did notice that water was therefore sprayed onto the floor. We stayed in Room 11 which was on the top floor. Lots of stairs if you have mobility issues.

Lovely clean small apartment. Was a nice touch to be left a fan which proved invaluable in a mini heatwave we actually endured. Worth noting the communication with the property staff was second to none, something a lot of bigger chains could learn from. Excellent.

To prove I’m not an automated bot, the only thing I could mention is that there was no terrestrial television which may seem trivial but if you want to catch up with the news for example you’ll need an alternative. Luckily most of the streaming platforms are there and more than likely someone has remained logged in 😀

Firstly the property was very tidy and well cared for. Modern and homely. What stood out most to us was how well the space was used without it feeling stuffy and invasive. The room came with all the amenities we could need- from a fully kitted out kitchen area, a spacious bathroom with a fantastic shower, comfy bed and a breakfast bar by the window. We loved the smaller touches- the bedside fan was very much appreciated given the warm weather, the tv with all the apps we could need and the Amazon Echo was an unexpected addition we were very happy to have.

Room was comfortable and clean. Good size shower cubicle. Parking at time of visit was OK - local street parking could have been a possible inconvenience. On-line reception instructions OK as long as one had a smart phone ( I don't), electronic access worked.

Room size "snug". More storage to hang up clothes and stack away bags needed. Upstairs occupant had heavy feet when moving about - not well insulated? Breakfast would have been relatively expensive and inconvenient at nearby premises. Instructions depended on access to a "smart phone". I needed a laptop and printer.

°Excellent communication. °Loved the personalised keyless entry. Made me less worried about losing the key. °The facilities were top notch and stylish. °It wasn't a narrow single bed so I slept well. °The TV actually worked as advertised. °Proper sized small mug meant I could enjoy a proper drink. AND decaf coffee sachets! Thank you! °Milk in the fridge (which also worked) meant you could have more than ONE drink. °I had their single room. I took my smallest suitcase because they are usually no bigger than small bathroom. I was happily surprised to see that you COULD MOVE AROUND within the space properly!! It wasn't a single bed with everything cramped together so you have no space for luggage. It has been the best single room by far in 3 years of travelling around (be it work or pleasure) They really thought about the guest's experience more than how much they could scrimp on for profit. A big thank you for that. If I'm in Harrogate again for work, I will be staying again. 😁

Only ONE small thing really: No way of keeping cool on a hot day/warm night. ..... I Didn't think I'd have room service every day, so I kept the curtain closed to keep the sun out during the day to help keep the room cool, but bins were emptied (no problem here) and they opened the curtain so the room was warmer when I got back. Had I known, I would have left a note asking to keep the curtain closed. ... Luckily that evening was cooler so I was able to sleep with the window open for cool air. And a small more personal request.... Great to have decaf coffee (thank you) any chance of considering decaf Tea also for future? 😊
