This was our second stay in this hotel, the first was in August 2022 during the soft opening. The breakfast was good, it had a good variety but could be improved a little. The staff were always nice and very helpful when we needed anything. Cleanliness is very important especially of towels and bed sheets. Service was great keeping the rooms tidy and adding water bottles every night. We rented a car, parking was and EV chargers are available at the location. We thought the location was a good distance from Palma and from other towns and beaches. It's the kind of place I would stay in every time.

For a new hotel it can be maintained a little better. For the breakfast eggs station I would recommend having a separate pan for people who don't eat pork and bacon.

Hacienda Son Antem is absolutely incredible. The staff are some of the friendliest and are so happy to help with arranging taxis and answering questions. The rooms are huge, with really comfy beds. The breakfast is the star of the show, with a seemingly unlimited offering of delicious things to eat. I especially loved the Mallorquin dishes. The pool is incredible with ample seating around it. Most people seemed to leave after midday for excursions/lunch and it became a lot quieter. A taxi from the airport is €30.

There's not much I didn't love about our stay. I think we were a little bit underwhelmed with the lunch menu. The prices of the dishes did not match the quality of the food at all. And our bedroom pillows must have been new because they had the strangest smell, they smelt like really bad breath. It was bizarre. But these are the smallest of complaints and nothing that in any way ruined or made our stay any less incredible.

Really enjoyed the proximity to everything in our inquiry. We had a car, so getting around was really easy. The reception area, pool and golf course were beautiful. The room was spacious and clean, and the bed was comfortable. The hotel is located in a gated community, which adds to the safety, we could leave our car in the parking lot without any concerns. Staff were great!

Very very few staff members were a little less service minded, but it was not really a problem.

well, First at all, very warm welcome! Fab room! All hotel is just amazing! If U are golf player this is Great płace for You. Staff was so friendly and amazing! Nice kids club just beside pool.

Well… hotel is a part of big Estate where U can find lots of apartments and villas. And unfortunately guests of them are able to use hotel pool! So for us, hotel guests, were very difficult to find free sunbeds. They also can come in for a breakfast so it was one big messy and loudy place. I my opinion, there should be limits for clients coming outside of hotel. Second story is with prices in pool bar, 8€ for small beer is just too much! Food nice but much overpriced as well.

The location of the hotel is amazing, very calm and quiet. Staff was very kind and ready to help. The breakfast was very good, plenty of food and variety. The hotel was clean. The pool was great. Will definitely go back again.

Sometimes the pool was very crowded and was a lack of sunbeds. You had to wait for some time for a sunbed to be available. This happened because some of the guests that were done with the pool, didn't removed the towels so they could release the sunbeds, but left the towels there and the staff weren't sure to remove the towels or not. I'd suggest to the management to add more sunbeds especially now in this season to ease this issue. Also the parking space was quite busy if you'd arrive late night. Also the restaurant on site was a bit over priced for what it offered. But still I'm rating 10/10 because overall was a very good time for us there despite these minor things that can be improved, you will never find perfection during high season in touristic places.

Beautiful hotel, very welcoming and the room was perfect for the family. Great breakfast and the pool area was very nicely done. Overall the hotel felt special and location wise worked well for us to explore some nice beaches and towns (we did have a car).

Service in the evening for dinner was a bit slow and felt a little chaotic - might have just been a bad night, food was good. Pool area was great - but did get a bit crowded with people coming over from the other hotel nearby….not sure if this could maybe be controlled better, unsure as to whether they have access or not but might be an agreement both hotels have. More loungers were added toward the end of our stay which made a difference.

Myself and my husband had a wonderful stay. Every corner of the hotel was just beautiful.. we enjoyed breakfast every morning and had lunch at the hotel also. The pool area was lovely, very private from the hotel next door. Excellent staff and an extremely clean hotel. Not far from Palma but taxi's are quite expensive for a 20 minute journey.

I would recommend hiring a car as there's not much around the hotel and is quiet in the evening time. The pool bar wasn't open either but maybe because it's still early in the year. There was sometimes a queue for the hot food at breakfast too

Huge variety of items for breakfast, including many local products. The rooms are huge and the bed extremely comfortable. Great convenient location for moving into the the vacation club townhouses the following day.

Just disappointed the pool wasn't open early to do a swim before breakfast. Food is good in the restaurant but not outstanding.

Nice new modern hotel with tasteful interior design and spacious rooms. Staff was SUPER friendly and we enjoyed our stay with our 2yr year old. Spa is nicely decorated. Common areas spacious and very nicely decorated. It’s located along two 18 holes golf courses and a golf academy with friendly and good pro’s.

As it’s a new hotel, they are still working on the details we assume. The restaurant menu and quality of food should be better for a five star hotel. There are limited to no facilities for kids beside the pool. No play ground. Also recommend to offer spa treatments beside the nicely decorated existing spa. It’s secluded, so a bit of a drive to Palma or non touristy beaches.

1. Amazing customer service. Very friendly. 2. Spacious and very clean rooms. 3. The grounds that the hotel is located in are amazing for walks (we came with children). 4. Big swimming pool (but too cold in mid-April). 5. In the restaurant good selection of local dishes and wine.

1. I left my iPhone charger at home by accident and no staff in the hotel had a charger (reception, restaurant). Maybe put 1 charging station at the reception. 2. Checkout could be faster.
