Stayed at the Hotel Indigo for date night with my wife. We had been here before and decided we liked it so much we would stay again. Staff was extremely friendly. We love this hotel and will definitely come back.

When we got to the room, we couldn't get the heat to work. We called down to the front desk and after trying a few quick fix ideas, the lady at the front desk said they would send maintenance to our room. We waited for about an hour and decided to stop at the front desk on our way to dinner.we mentioned again about the heat and the guy at the desk said he'd get maintenance on it right away. By the time we got back from dinner, the heater was fixed.

I was there to make a presentation at Mayo. Given that it was a work trip, I had little time to think about the finer details of a hotel stay. That said, this was a really nice and comfortable hotel, and for the money, it may rank as the best value for money I've had with a hotel in ten years.

Nothing, other than the fact that it was Rochester in the winter, which isn't the hotel's fault!

The room was very clean and had plenty of space. We were provided an early check-in and late check-out. The connection to all of downtown Rochester and Mayo via the Skyway was great. There are several very good restaurants within a block of the Hotel (Terza, Bleu Duck). Parking (while not free) was convenient.

There was no microwave in the room. There was no free parking, no free breakfast. I'd have preferred to pay a little more to have these included. Others may appreciate that they're not. Just be sure to add the cost of these to the base room price if you're comparing this property to others that include them.

Great downtown location with convenient access to The Mayo Clinic. Wonderful restaurant and lounge onsite and within close walking distance to several other excellent restauants. The beds are super comfortable.

Appreciated that the facilities are eco-friendly, but the shower was disappointing.

The hotel is part of the Rochester skyway system, which enabled me to walk indoors to the Mayo Clinic, with many shops and restaurants along the way. This was quite a relief during my very wintery stay.

Well the first desk clerk told me there was no breakfast in the morning, which was a little concerning beans. They told me there was and then the gentleman came up a little later and gave me a card for breakfast so I felt a lot better about it then, but yeah, it was a nice place

Left a toothbrush behind and called in to report it. I had to make a reservation going ahead before the register, the actual finding of the toothbrush memo to all the help as one of these electric $80 toothbrushes you know how that goes. Anyway, I think it’s a poor way to treat past customers and future clients should be great. Glad to see you’ll look into it and move from there if that’s a policy it’s a dumb one.

The front desk girl never asked why we were there. Told us about the shuttle to the clinic as she did the person before us. Needs a bit more personality as some are there for unfortunate reasons and should be informed of the options the hotel offers.

The car service to Mayo was excellent, Larry was the best driver and scheduling was easy.

Room was not as pictured on booking. Booking featured the apartments with the full sized refrigerator and microwave in the suite, closet space was small.

I was not aware there was a breakfast. We had Keurig coffee in the room (not the best) and had to check out and get to Mayo. by 7:30 a.m. I thought there was a bagged breakfast to go???

We had a delicious dinner at the restaurant; however, it was extremely expensive. The floating floor in the restaurant was difficult to negotiate for a person using a cane and it was noisy. Nice staff and comfortable and easy location for short walk capability. Thank you. Parking was in a ramp. We were lucky to have a Handicap tag so we could park close to the elevator. It was nice to be able to walk to Mayo. without going outside, however, it was a longer walk staying inside. Just saying...
