The room was very clean, the hot tub in our room was really nice and husband and I very much enjoyed the pool and hot tub, it was fun time. The staff was friendly and helpful. Would stay again!

I didn't like not being notified of $50 damage deposit I had to pay once checking in, up front, while making reservations. Had already paid for room online in advance. So that was confusing since our payment info was already on file, don't see the point in paying the extra.

The room was very cleanly. Coffee was good. The pool area looked very cool. The location is an excellent place to conduct a dry food drive and possibly collect blankets.

I think someone shit in the hallway. The foul odor was reduced after the cleaning staff went through on day two. The desk chair was a little stiff. Having a companion would have been better.

Room was clean and spacious, bed was comfortable, appreciated having a microwave in the room and free shampoo/body wash/conditioner in bathroom. Breakfast was adequate and included in the price which we appreciated. Pool area looked nice although we didn't use - shame to see spa out of order. Easy driving distance to many restaurants.

The room was extremely clean & comfortable! The spa & pool were nice as well.

Breakfast stopped way too early & most of the evening hours, there was no staff at the desk. Our key didn't work & no one to be found for nearly an hour. When someone did show up, they said I should have called the # taped to the window....but couldn't, my phone was in my room 🙄

I loved the pool and Jacuzzi for my kids,I hate we missed breakfast ,they also had a fitness room that has window for viewing the pool,which is cool to work out while the kiddos play...loved the fact the pool closed at 10pm we arrived from Indiana at 9pm and after settling in decided to go to the pool with like 15 minutes to spare but it was a fun time for the kids and the front desk help was awesome.i asked for extra blankets and the attendant got them right away,any questions I had was answered,and in the morning the next shift was friendly as well.

The check out staff was kinda rude and not helpful. Asked for a check out receipt and he said he couldn’t give me one since I booked with booking.com I have always gotten a receipt at checkout from all the other hotels I have used through booking.com

Every morning there was a full hot breakfast. The family enjoyed the many choices. Hot coffee all day was a bonus.

I would say that there was not much we did not like. The stay was conveniently located near all the amenities we needed in the area. I don't know if there was really any thing more that they could have offered.

The staff helped my son and I out because he was performing at a wedding in Marshall,we drove from Roseville Michigan and they had a room ready so we could change and go to the wedding,thank you so much

It's not much but your pillows suck

Accessibility was great as long as we had the first floor. There was no elevator to floors above. The bathroom did not have bars at the bath tub. We could not shower our son without bars for him to hold on.

Very friendly staff, big comfortable rooms. Nice big spa tub.. was only in town one night but will only stay here when we come-back to visit and now that my daughter has moved to the area it'll be alot more! Breakfast was good.
