Very convenient to go to the casino for the concert. And the breakfast in the morning was amazing and very sweet lady that was taking care of that.

Price was a bit high and I thought I’d be splitting it 4 ways but two of my friends had to cancel so I was stuck with 3/4 of the cost. A bit much being on social security. Probably would have gone with one of the cheaper ones 3 to 5 miles away. I’m used to a Quality Inn being a little more affordable.

The breakfast was perfect the staff was friendly and helpful. Location to casino was in walking distance but the hotel had a free shuttle to the casino and back that ran every half hour.

The hotel was perfect. I really can't think of anything that could have made it any better. We would definitely stay there again.

A well-stocked breakfast. Loved the biscuits & gravy (the gravy had chunks of sausage) Our king-sized bed was comfortable and the room and the staff were friendly and knowledgeable. A pleasant stay and a reasonable rate what more could one want? The location was right next door to Firekeepers Casino which is another reason we stayed here.....location!

The staff at the seafood restaurant connected terrible!! We waited longer than the 7 table top that came in after us and received their food before we even got our drinks, my husband (mind u is African american) spoke up and we were asked to leave, the waitress or manager came over and took the food off the table as our pregnant guest was eating they literally grabbed the food off the table while she was eating and told us to leave again and they were going to call the police. Very racist in there! They should be ashamed of themselves

Excellent breakfast (love the nonfat Greek yogurt option). The location was very nice just off the highway. The front desk check in was efficient. The pillows and bed were comfortable.

The room carpeting was dirty. It made our feet and socks quite filthy. There was a moldy odor in our room.

Very clean, shower hot, breakfast was great with everything you could ask for, staff friendly and helpful. Bed was comfortable. We asked for a non smoking room and it truly didn't smell like smoke. The TV, mini-fridge, and USB ports were available and nice to have. A very nice quality overall for less expense. We were not going to the casino, yet there was shuttle service available to it if you were and it was such a short hop over to it that walking would be only five minutes too.

There were no elevators and we were on second floor, so flight of stairs every time we left and came back. If you have a lot of luggage or have a handicap it would make things complicated.

Casino was full so opted for the Quality Inn for the ease of going to casino. While it is walkable or shuttle service available; the drive is litterally around one corner. Staff were all great and great variety of choices for breakfast. Will stay there again. Booking.com is two for two.

The shuttle driver was awesome. The breakfast area was well tended by very pleasant women. The check in staff were wonderful. I thought it was a bit pricy. But considering the wonderful staff, and the cleansing of the hotel made it perfect. The hotel staff in total were wonderful to visit with.

Our room was facing the roadway to the casino. It was quite loud from the street that did wake us from our sleep.

The staff was very friendly and courteous! All the way from the food servers to the cleaning people to the front desk! Beds very comfortable and shower pressure was great! Only con would be, no elevator! 😞

Very clean hotel. The lady and gentleman were super nice that checked us in. The free breakfast was one of the best you can find at hotels that offer the free breakfast. We didn't use the free shuttle over to the casino, we ended up using the casinos valet parking but will definitely use the hotel shuttle service next time.

Honestly I can't think of anything that we didn't like.
