The Breakfast was fantastic. The location of the hotel is at very center of the city. You can reach anything by walking. Of course visitting some archeologial sites ( Mediana for example ) you have to go by car. There is a city transport alternative however, if you want to use it. There is also an Ice skating ring withing 15 minutes walk, where for very little money you may rent skates and have a fun ride for an hour or so.

It is not connected with the hotel. The issue is, that if you want to visit a restaurant, or better, a restaurant with live music ( Fridays and Saturdays only ) you have to make a reservation at least a week or more before. So, if you plan to stay less than a week, like we did, make a reservaton before you go to Nis. There are phones in the internet, etc. Look for the top restaurants in Nis. At any rate, the restaurant of the hotel is also vey nice with affordable prices.

Location was excellent, very central, close to the fortress as well as restaurants and shopping areas, staff very friendly and could communicate in English which is unusual in this city, rooms very spacious and modern with great views of the main square and surrounding areas

Minor things which could easily be improved - eg mosaic floor tiling in shower had a number of the small tiles missing, can easily be fixed and avoid looking shabby, toiletries were good quality but throughout three night stay, the toiletries in the shower were shampoos with no shower gel and we kept forgetting to ask them to change one of them , but housekeeping did not notice , at breakfast, we had to keep asking for bowls to be provided as these were not available although it was buffet style, no milk next to coffee making facilities, only at the far end of restaurant next to the cereals maybe have more crockery available upfront? I was not aware that in Serbia, smoking is allowed inside - my pillow smelt of cigarettes and this made it difficult for me to sleep the first night

Coming every year we received an very nice upgrade to the 15 floor an d we had an amazing appartement. The security was very helpful with the luggage. We are over 80 years still travelling a lot and hop to do so for the next year's. We allways stop o the same place. The tapas on the bar where very tasty.

May be the barman has to learn to measure better the drinks. The campatie scwepps was not like it has to be. The instruction pannel at the entrance of the appartement can may be, be better illuminated, difficult to see what we do. Details???? Many thanks for this inforgettrd stay See you next year

Excellent location, on the Main Square, close to the river and the Citadell. Walking distance to the shopping street. Very good breakfast, both in quality and variety. Impressive size of the room, Very nice view of the city through huge glass-walls modern furniture, TV set etc

It is not a Five Stars hotel, but a quite good Four Stars. There is a lack of soundproofing between the rooms, actually some plastic (not plaster!) boards at both edges of the matrimonal bed, in two corners of the room. Ok, depends a bit on how other people behave, some are talking very load on their phones in the middle of the night. The walls are mainly black with black colored light switches/ sockets, intend to be elegant, but in some areas it is a bit too dark. In the bathroom (big sized) you cannot find anything else but liquid soap and shampoo. For the rest you have to ask the reception. You'll get whatever you want, but I am afraid that this is not standard even for a 4 stars hotel.

The room, interier, decor, furniture...Really nice, stylish, clean.Very very nice hotel. Stuff friendly, professional,providing good service, speaking good english (except the man in parking area :-) ) Breakfast was as should be in this type of hotel. Location fine, easy to find! Amazing view from 13th floor.

BUT! I was totally shocked by fact, that main and only lobby in the hotel was smoking area! How is this possible in 5 star hotel in 2022? The fact that smoking was allowed in lobby , meant, that you could smell it in whole area! For me , disgusting,shocking, no matter what ventilation they had there. The second shock was that masks weren´t mandatory.Stuff didn´t have them too!Except receptionists, somehow, partly... I really didn´t feel comfortable having breakfast and see people without masks , picking up food and talking above the food on bufet without it! I´m really sorry , that i have to write this here, but those too fact killed my good feel from this beautiful hotel.

Everything about the Ambassador Hotel in Niš was exceptional! The location is perfect, right in the city center, making it easy to explore the town. The room was modern, spacious, and impeccably clean, with all the amenities I could ask for. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making me feel right at home. Breakfast was delicious and super local.

It was our second stay at this wonderful hotel and we enjoyed everything just as the first time - the perfect location, the friendly and professional staff, the delicious breakfast, the lovely spa centre and the super clean and comfortable room. To top it off, we got an upgrade to an executive suit, which was very thoughtful and highly appreciated. :) Will definitely come again! :)

The only downside is that the parking is not free anymore, but a cost of 10 euro per day is not a big deal after all. :)

The staff were amazingly pleasant. Every communication with people from the reception was nice, being it over the phone while arriving or in person. We really felt heartwarmingly welcomed. The room was spacious and comfortable, beds and pillows just as they should be according to my taste and habits. Wellness was clean and quiet.

A small pool would make their wellness the best in Serbia. Even without the pool I would say that the experience is one of the best I’ve been to. Small, intimate, not crowded, with staff paying attention to change towels in such a manner that you don’t see them.

Breakfast perfect , staff polite and helpful. Nice decor and location, quite :) Bath with dispensers shampoo and body wash, plenty of towels, incl bath robes and nice shower. Massage was great, thank you Katerina!

Please add water dispenser is gym. Advise: make sure guests are informed/aware your parking lot is different from "Ambassador" paid parking lot of the city, very confusing A bit strange organization on lights in the room, I wish to have a pool

Great, spacious suite, clean and comfortable for 4 people. Nice view from the room, had a great dinner at the restaurant, very nice waiter services. The whole staff is very attentive and very polite.

Breakfast could give some attention to functional details - there should be some extra plates, cutlery available, in case you want some extra pancakes etc. There was a good variety of food, but beverage could be upgraded by offering freshly squeezed juice, considering it's a 5 star hotel.
