The owner is fantastically friendly and accommodating. The location is just perfect, close to the city centre, with nice places to grab a bite and a drink right around the corner. Top advantage is the safe parking with enough parking spots and restricted access. The cafeteria is a non-smoking space, as opposed to most other places in Nis, so we could enjoy our breakfast in peace. They ask you what time you are going to come down to breakfast, so they can plan the food prep and give you a freshly made meal right away.

The bathroom could do with some renovation.

Location was good, not so far to city center, to the market and other monuments. You can walk around. Car parking is perfect. The room is really big enough. There is also one sofa to rest, big double bed and little balcony to sit and drink wine. The owner was really kind, helpful.

Breakfest could be a little more traditional which means with more vegetables from those serbian farms. It was avgust and it's plenty of home made products: tomatoes, cucumbers, white cheese, good bread and more. For the money which I paid for the room the breakfest could be better. Please change plastic cheese with normal, good serbian white cheese whicj is really tasty.

Navigation had some problems to find the place (working in flight mode, using offline maps), but the hotel is located perfectly, in a quiet street, close to the center, pedestrian Nišava promenade, restaurant Nišlijska mehana, pub etc., with own parking behind the ramp. We also liked friendly staff, good served breakfast. Room was simple, clean. On a hot day like this, 36 degrees, aircondition was very much appreciated.

Simple means no fridge, or kettle, or hair dryer, but actually we missed only the first.

Host (Vladimir) was incredible, he was willing to wait for our late arrival, welcoming us as we are part of his family. Accommodation was very good as well, we were traveling with a kid, and it had everything we needed. Breakfast was excellent, the lady who prepared our breakfast was very pleasant and a great cook. The restaurant is very cosy, almost feels like you're at home. We had no issues, will definitely come again when in Nis!

We spent two nights, and had a room with a double and twin bed and a small refrigerator(room 4b). The owners/operators are a lovely couple who ensure a great experience at check in and throughout the stay. The B&B is in a quiet area, just a short walk from the fortress and pedestrian area. The bathroom was fully functional and had a shower enclosure (dry floor). The bed was comfortable and the AC cooled the room well. They serve a simple but more than adequate breakfast each morning. For us, the best of all was that the room was completely free of cigarette smoke smell. Our first such room in Serbia. Bravo!

Cozy family hotel 10 minutes walk to the center with good amenities and private secure parking on the site. The owner and his family were welcome and gave us useful recommendations on where to go. By the way, Nislijska Mehana is really the best restaurant in the city with tasty traditional dishes. And we like our breakfast in the morning. Thank you Vladimir. We definitely recommend this place and come back again.

If you heard about hospitality of people who lives in Serbia, but still didn't have a chance to experince it, Majesty is the place you have to visit. Vlada and his wife will tell you everything you need to know, where to go, give some good travel tips and help you in all ways you can imagine, in order to have a great stay in Niš. Even we stayed only for one night, we have a feeling that we made wonderful new friendship. You will be satisfied with hotel also, because it is clean, its on a great location, silent and has a safe parking. This is definitely a place which is on our "to come back again" list.

The place was great, the room was clean and the heating was very good! It is only 10 minutes walking from the center and the castle! The parking area is a private open area with controlled entry and exit - adequate also for a big SUV. Breakfast is included and the owners are super kind and helpful. We recommend it and for sure will choose the same place next time we pass from Nis.

Good budget choice in busy area, about 15 min from the city centre on foot. Basic room but clean and spacious with a/c and large bathroom. Very tasty breakfast; they prepare a standard plate with fried eggs, cheese, bread, etc for each guest. Secure free underground parking with lots of spaces available, controlled by the staff. Very friendly people, helped us with early check-in.

No soundproofing, squeaky beds. No other issues.

Location is very good, near the city center. Secured parking is also big advantage. Cleanliness is at high level. Hosts are kind and attentive. Value for money is very good.

Breakfast could be better within the same cost only along with a bit of effort. Equipment in the bathroom could be more functional (tap is poorly sensitive to the setting, toilet flushing is impossible due to low water pressure etc.)
