Gorgeous beach that provided swimming in the ocean, hiking trails, tennis courts, swimming pool, pool table, well landscaped.

The property was very secluded from the rest of Mahe so you had to travel far to explore. The food was extremely expensive for what you received. The meals I ate off the property tasted better and were significantly cheaper. The cocktails were weak and watered down. The bartenders need to make the drinks stronger. There were small ants in our room crawling all over the tables and coffee maker.

The location and facilities are amazing & the stuff are really professional and friendly

Breakfast buffet has variety but taste has to be improved a lot they really have to work on the food taste because I wasn’t expecting to not like the food in a Kempinski hotel

It’s absolutely fabulous location with amazing beach, fantastic view and full privacy! Hotel is in the middle of jungle wild nature with beautiful concept of everything you need! Food, drinks, spa! Special greetings and many thanks to Chef Emad and Ayman for absolutely delicious food it was unforgettable , bartenders in lobby bar for making special cocktails and making it very special !

There is no any entertainment only live music in the evening, some staff have to be really well trained for hospitality by the way including the managers as most of them treating you as you entering their own home, attitude is bit rude!But if not to focus on this was really nice vacation! But be ready to get enough money as food and drinks are really expensive!

There was a extensive choice of food available at the breakfast buffet all of which was really good. The accommodation was extremely comfortable and spacious. The bed was amazingly comfortable, with the additional option of being able to choose different pillows and bed coverings. The staff were all really helpful and friendly. The hotel is located within what appears to be a nature reserve and is right next to a lovely beach. There was plenty of shade available which helps given the strength of the sun. The beach can be quite shallow at low tide so can make swimming a little tricky at times. The snorkelling is reasonable with a variety of fish swimming around what appears to be the remains of a coral reef almost all of which is dead / bleached.

The cost of drinks, especially wine, is particularly expensive, even by Seychelles standards.

the restaurants were mighty expensive. as it is quite a secluded resort, there were not many other options. the buffet dinners were not always good, therefore not really great value for money.

Amazing beach, perfect pool, kids friendly but not too much- meaning adults can enjoy the stay without being bothered. Attention to detail. Staff always friendly and helpful. The food was really good, breakfast has plenty of options and dinner buffet as well. The beach restaurant is great…if you are from Italy, do not order the pizza tho.

Very few details and very individual. Nothing major… all options of activities were not explained well as something is done by the lady in red, some by travel agency, different one by the diving center next door- overall picture of options would have helped. The only thing we really did not like was a lady animator in the kids corner that shouted at my son, he did not want to go there ever again, although it was one of the reasons why I chose Kempinsky…because they have a kids corner with animation….sadly he really did not use it again.

Room was very comfortable but quite a distance from the main facilities. So as an elderly man I made full use of the buggy rides which worked well. Breakfast was excellent as were the evening buffet dinners. The beach area around the large swimming pool was very good. The beach beside the sea was quite small but very near to the other facilities.

My only complaint is that arrival for meal times was over a fixed period (nothing unusual about that) but I did not like the fact that the moment the last arrival time was reached the breakfast food was started to be taken away. So if you arrived for breakfast near the end of arrival time you had to collect all your choice of food immediately or you lost out. A similar problem occurred in the buffet restaurant for dinner. At the beachside restaurant (waiter service) the removal of place settings, table lamps, cushions, etc.,from unused tables started at the very moment of the last arrival time which spoilt the relaxed atmosphere for those still finishing their meal.

The whole resort is beautiful. It gives you a feeling of privacy. I takes you 5-6 minutes with car from ramp entrance to the reception. Facilities are great, from reception atrium, restaurants, beach bar etc. Every morning you can see the staff raking the leaves, cutting grass and generally keeping the grounds well maintained and clean. Sea was quite rough during our stay. It is not best suited for smaller children. And also the pool was a bit cold. I especially want to mention and thank the ladies from Kids club. They made our stay memorable. We were in room 215. It is situated on the far end of resort on the ground floor. Room was very nice, well designed with huge bathroom. It was clean and you have housekeeping twice a day. You are welcomed with a note from manager, bowl of fruit and full minibar (complimentary). Beach is 10 steps from your balcony. We really had a wonderful time there.

They are renovating one part of the resort, but we didn’t even notice that.

Your exceptionally helpful Ladies in Red. The showers in the bathrooms are outstanding. The small details of the well thought out design of the rooms. The walks in the well kept grounds. The wonderfully large beach towels The helpfulness and gorgeous smiles of the staff and their willingness to provide want you are needing. The very smooth arrival check in - no standing and waiting. The sand and shell Christmas Trees the children made that are on all the tables.

Having snacks (crisps, nuts, biscuits) available for purchase in the rooms would be helpful.

drinks are very pricey, all the guests I had a brief conversations with complained about prices 🥹 The menu ain’t even that special. don’t try the Kreole curries. apparently the potatoes aren’t supposed to be soft (well cooked).
