The hotel has very very recently been renovated so is in very good condition. The location is excellent, less than 10 mins walk from the MRT, and the value for money compared to other places in Singapore is very good.

Overall my stay was very good but I do have a couple of minor negatives which people should be aware of. 1) My room facing the street was pretty noisy. If you’re a light sleeper it might be an issue. 2) I had no hot water in my room for a couple of days. I don’t know whether this is out of the ordinary or an ongoing issue, though. 3) The reception is only manned 10am to 6pm. I arrived on an early flight and wanted to drop my luggage off, but the reception was unmanned and I had not yet been sent the access codes so I couldn’t get in.

stayed in loft studio, just nice the size with everything you need! (Kitchen, washing machine are there!)

Abit more storage space can be ideal

We loved the location. There was a bus station right across the street and the metro station was 5 minutes away. There were also plenty of mini markets and restaurants in the neighborhood. The room was really small for 2 people but it was cute. We didn't really miss not having a window and the lighting of the room was very functional. The stuff was polite and helpful and they even let us leave our luggage at the reception upon checking out since we had the whole day ahead of us till our flight.

There is room for improvement regarding the ventilation system since the room felt quite humid after having a shower.

Location was good, central to all the main attractions. It was close to the tube station, easy walking distance. The tube is very reliable and gets you to all areas in the city. There was no breakfast included but there were cooking facilities and a fridge in the room.

A photo of the entrance to the hotel would have been useful, it was quite difficult to find. We weren't sent the entrance code before arriving so I'm not sure how we would have got in if the reception person wasn't there,

Everything was great and worth it for money. Location: 5 min walk from MRT Kallang. Room: very clean, has everything for relax and cozy stay. The room was exactly like on the pictures. Within 20-30min via MRT to the main attractions in the City. Nice area with huge amount of local cheap cafee and restaurants. The host was very helpful and informative. Definitely recommended.

Next stay I would prefer 1-level room. In our "loft room," the stairs were a little bit steep for me. But, again, we are happy about this hotel !

very clean, comfortable all the amenities you might need (except an electric iron). they even fit a small washing machine in a cabinet. very helpful, accomodating and friendly staff location - it's a quick walk from the National Stadium/Sports Hub so great as a base for concerts/events you're attending there. there's also a bus stop right across the road.

space was quite restricted (although well utilised). had originally planned to share the room with a friend, but last minute change of plans meant it was me alone. was glad because it would have been super cramped with 2 people.

Bed, Shower, Big TV, Wifi, Kitchen Hob and fridge. All that I needed for a business trip.

Room service didn't clean the room on the day I was told it would happen. No real biggie I suppose but a bit of a shame as well. Little noise at times but I suppose you can get that anywhere but one early morning staff were out in the hall way making a lot of noise. For 8am and me working the night before... annoying.

The room is new equipped with thoughtful amenities you need for a short/long-term stay. They have washing machine, microwave, cooking utensils, fridge, comfortable bed, TV, all you need for a comfortable stay. The staff was excellent and provided great service. It's close to MRT Kallang, a short 5 minutes walk. I'd definitely stay here again!

There is construction happening during our stay, you could hear a little during the day - but we're not a light sleeper so this is fine with us. We were out most of the days anyway.

My partner and I stayed in a unit on the 2nd floor. The self-check-in process was seamless, and checking out was just as easy. The unit was clean, and the hot water worked perfectly, making our stay comfortable. We liked how restaurants were within walking distance. We would stay here again.

Since we were only there for one night, it didn't affect us; however, some areas of the walls were moulded. The space was small, but we are used to it, given it is Singapore.

Perfect room if you want to spend most of your day in the city and come back to sleep. Great value for money, very close to both MRT and Bus stops which led us anywhere we wanted in the city. Room was small but clean and had everything you needed to rest after a full day of walking/sightseeing Singapore. Good WiFi and quite new, silent A/C
