Very pretty houses like a small village. The surroundings are very nice and quiet and peaceful. I would come back again. You have everything needed and i tried the restaurant too which was good.

Did not like that the locations are separate (reception / restaurant and apartments separate from the houses) and the back yard bridges were not accessible to go front the cottage to the hotel. Only could use the main road which had cars sometimes speeding…

We loved the location, it was a quiet valley in a beautiful region of Liptov. There were many facilities for little children, playgrounds, mini-farm with sheep and indoor and outdoor swimming pool. We like that there were only a few cottages so it didn't get very busy. We also like the fact that it is family-run, they give a lot of care to the whole little resort. We highly recommend it!

We thought the breakfast could have been more generous and we expected more variation.

Great and accessible location for Lipton region with two water parks and a recreation lake Liptovska Mara! Attractive, traditional, safe and well organised resort! Loved the swimming pool and reflexology there! Great restaurant and sitting area.

We were put into a family chalet part in Ostra right opposite the kids’ area and as we don’t have small kids, we would have preferred a different room. Our one would suit a family who wants to keep an eye on kids from the balcony whilst they play. Sauna and whirlpool should work each evening for a small fee not be offered on individual basis for €15. Kettle in the room was amis :) Coming from the UK, I now expect it as given. No small cooling places to keep any food either.

The service was very good. Very helpful staff. There is a restaurant if you want, pool and SPA zone which was actualky very good

We have stayed in the house. It was spacious, but wooden floor and furniture made a very huge noise. If one person wakes up, so purely because of noise everyone does. Also it seems thete was a dog in neighborgood and the dog barked in the night so much, that it was very gard not to wake up.

great complex, location close to a lot of nearby attractions, shops, restaurants, ski slopes. Location is surrounded by mountains. house fully equiped and in perfect size. everything very clean and temperature perfect. it was warm all the time. you have everything you need for a short or longer stay. it feels like a second home. our kids did not want to leave.

the only thing we can say we did not like is the bed matresses which were not too confortable. and the water in the pool could have been 2-3 degrees warmer :)

Familie rooms were very comfortable, we like that we have seperate and comfortable beds for each and warm room.

We were familie with children and we would like to have acess to the sauna too, there is only 16+ It would be nice to relax and warm up after skiing, in swimint pool water was not so warm. Dinner - swedish table was too expensive per person, not so big choice. For skiing in resort Jasna you have to drive 30 min.

We stayed in one of the Chalets are were very happy. Loads of space, and very comfortable. Great location in the hills above Besenova. Much nicer to stay here than in town, and an easy drive to the Thermal pools or mountains. The bar was brilliant, serving ice cold beer, and amazing pizza. The guy who runs the bar is very friendly and helpful, and this was a great place to have a beer and a bit to eat.

Reception staff could have been a bit happier. To use the pool we were told we would need to pay €9 per person. I think that is a lot to pay.

The apartments were spotless well equipped and great for family with children. The Breakfast was amazing both morning. The waiting staff was nice as well. Overall it was a very pleasant stay.

The front desk staff gave us incorrect information several times especially in regards the pricing. We got quoted two different prices. It was very confusing. The dinner was not worth the price especially the Valentines menu. Wellness facilities are rather small. Also they didn't maintain the walk to the apartments and it was really slippery and quite dangerous.

We truly enjoyed our stay in Sojka Resort, the owners Gerdi & Sylvia went above and beyond to make the guests feel at home. Lovely family run hotel with good atmosphere, excellent food and drink selection, great Sylvester program, all in all was a very enjoyable stay. We will definetely come back again. Thank you!

They should have the pool and spa include in the price off the room, breakfast and dinner buffet should be cheaper, but ok not my business, Slovakia is worth to visit again, we love it
