Staff was very professional, especially Food and Beverage staff. Restaurant deserves to be full every day. Dishes are full of tastes, cocktails like in cocktail bars. Breakfast is good, could be better filled up. Pool is amazing for kids. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Located in quiet street far from noise of road. But the biggest impression is definitely restaurant, taste of dishes and service. You don't need to go out of hotel, you have everything there.

Great service at the restaurant. The Staff was very attentive and it was clear guests are important for them. Nice introduction of the lounge and upselling of drinks :) Food was fantastic every day, particularly dinner. The team in the kitchen deserves a recognition. Well done !! We only missed vegetables as a starter and add-on to the menu. The Wellness area was excellent.

Rooms are rather small for 3 persons. The staff at the reception could be more service oriented and proactive. This is where the customer journey starts.

We were renting an apartment, it was assigned 101, very dark, quite small bathroom, and with the windows towards the reception alley, that everyone can see your room. As an option you could have use the blinds, not so nice when we are talking about expectations for nice view. We were asking to find a solution to change the room, but it was told that is no other availability. We drawn attention that the parking is empty, so not many checking in up to that time (Friday, after noon). The answer was still no, as no was the answer for having a late check out on Sunday. I find not the best money per value ratio, as we were spending more than 200€/night. Breakfast was not the best seen by far. Nice bar though and nice/fair people from restaurant.

Exceptionally clean. Bathroom with all new best brands faucets, sink, toilet and shower. Very comfortable mattress and a tall bed with a soft headboard. Sweet and helpful staff. Beautiful restaurant and the dishes I ordered looked like from a magazine. Saunas and the resting area are absolutely great. Head massage from Lucia was out of this world. I greatly recommend.

The bedding smelled of detergent. I believe hotels should use odorless laundry detergents. Especially such awesome hotels.

nice quiet location, easy to access jasna valley, but also Liptosky Mikulas. saturday grill dinner was very tasty, using high quality local meat. From the staff we would like to thank specially for Sam, Martin, Mark and Lucia.

Some very minor improvements: -would be nice to have a cover on the table at least at dinner, - please try to avoid serving ice cream in disposable dish and spoon. - would be nice to have all the time well trained (english speaking) staff.

Very very clean. New great quality faucets, toilet, sink and shower. very comfortable bed. Sweet and helpful staff. Great saunas. Head massage from Lucia was something out of this world. I greatly recommend. The restaurant is beautiful and the dishes served were aesthetically pleasant and tasty.

The bedding had a strong smell of detergent (I have a sensitive nose). I believe hotel bedding should be odorless.

The hotel is greatly kept - amenities feel like new, no issues with anything. The wellness center had all facilities functional, I'd suggest adding some ice shavings near the sauna area. Great massages to complete the experience, at a fair price. The restaurant and food options were amazing, kudos to the chef - food tastes great, fair prices for the offering. Staff was very helpful to arrange our NYE dinner, although our group made a very late decision. Ski room is one of the best equipped that I've seen.

It would be great if hotel could arrange for group transportation up to the slopes - high season means that public buses are way overcrowded and it's a 20 mins drive up to the slopes with some potential parking issues.

Hotel Demanova really positively surprised me. The hotel is new and elegant. It's clean, well-located ( for skiing in Jasna ), & the staff is friendly and helpful. The food really exceeded my expectations - the chef is doing a real good job there !

I didn't like that we couldn't cancel the ski-passes, we pre-booked through the hotel ( even though you can normally cancel them if you buy them on the official go-pass page ). Even when the weather is terrible you can't do that which is terrible - I suggest to NOT buy them through the hotel if the weather is not 100% good

The breakfast and the dinners were amazing. I would like to highlighted that the waiters and the waitresses were very kind and client focused, polite, helpful, attentive during the Cristmas period which was expressly busy.

- wellness schedules weren’t respected - rooms are a little bit noisy (you can hear pretty well through the walls) - breakfast has almost nothing to eat for vegans (you can ask for plant based milk) - bathroom radiators didn’t seem to work so the towels never dried
